Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Rhonda's beachside home is absolutely stunning and homey at the same time! We felt right at home and the home is so close to the beach that we were able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach easily and within just a few minutes. Having all of Rhonda's beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and cooler was definitely an added plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and bedrooms are fully stocked and well maintained. There are three levels of stairs in the house, so be advised if you have joint or back problems. My 2 besties were with me and we all have joint problems but were able to manage well. And, then there is our great hostess, Rhonda! She communicated well before, during, and after out stay. She was always available if we had any questions. She is very nice also! An added plus! This is definitely a great beach house, very close to the beach, and nice quiet neighborhood! I definitely recommend this beach home for your next getaway! :)

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

This was my first AirB&B experience and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. I will definitely request this location in the future. Such a great weekend and hosts.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

A fantastic location on Flagler Beach! Salt water pool on property. Cross the street and you have the Atlantic Ocean. This home was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive. My family had a wonderful time here and we have decided we will come back to this home for future vacations. Several restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a bit further away. What a wonderful place to relax! Highly recommend this home! Enjoy!

Spent a week at Stasia’s beach house with my mother and it was perfect! Steps from the beach, beautiful sunrises every day, loved the wrap around balcony. The only negative was the elevator was not working and we were not informed until a few hours before check in. Traveling with my elderly mother, it was a bit worrisome to have her walk up and down 4 flights of stairs all week as it was not fixed during our stay. However, this was nothing that Stasia could have anticipated, and she and her fiancé were wonderful and met us at the condo and helped me lug our luggage up the stairs. Other than this slight inconvenience it was a lovely stay! The week flew by and we hated to leave. Condo was super clean which definitely impressed me as I can be nitpicky! Thanks so much for the wonderful week in paradise! Lots of good food around the condo and Publix being right across the street, the location was perfect !

The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. It’s ideal for a relaxing late afternoon walk or just enjoying some time by the ocean. The home itself was clean, cozy, and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Mike and Aimee are wonderful hosts! Their condo was SO well stocked, they had everything we could need for our trip, the location was absolutely gorgeous, the amenities were lovely, and there was so much to do in the area. They made everything super easy, and went out of the way to make sure we were well prepared for the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. The owners were super helpful when we had questions and we had no issues or problems with our stay. My three teenage grandkids were down from Michigan and loved it so much they asked me to rent it again their next visit. I highly recommend this location and Michele. She is a really great host.

My husband and I, and our two boys (ages 13 and 10) had a great spring break trip at John and Traci’s condo. The condo was extremely clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The view was amazing! You are right on the beach and the pool is a short walk away. There are two pools and two hot tubs, we mainly stayed in the lake side pool which is more for families. You can order food and drinks pool side from the restaurant onsite. We went for runs nearby and swam laps in the ocean side pool. We were there to relax, so we really didn’t take any day trips, but the condo is perfect for rest and relaxation! My kids appreciated the smart tvs in every bedroom, and loved having this own room! The color of the sand on the beach is so interesting, it really is like cinnamon!

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

This trip finally convinced my husband that beach vacations are the BEST! 🤩 The view from Laura’s place is stunning - there is absolutely nothing better than waking up to a sunrise over the ocean, sipping coffee on the balcony and listening to the waves roll in. That’s how close you are to the water! Loved the two story layout, as ocean views are visible from the main bedroom as well as the kitchen/living room. The entire place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed including beach chairs. The pool was closed while we were there but that didn’t bother us. Laura sent us a great list of recommendations for restaurants to try out within just a couple miles from the place. She was quickly responsive and a great host. Our only regret was not staying longer - we hope to return someday soon!

Our stay at the Ormandy was great! The condo was beautiful and the pictures of the beach from the balcony don't do it justice. The views were amazing. The location was perfect with the grocery store and restaurants close by. Be sure to check out surf and scoops! It's within walking distance and had delicious ice cream! The condo was impeccably clean and the host was very responsive and great at communicating quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

good place thsts a little bit off the beaten path from Daytona. much more room on the beach here. house is well cleaned, and walking distance to the beach. Great showers and amenities, and was nice and clean upon checking in. The pillows and bedding were adequate. the kitchen and layout was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This house did not disappoint! It was extremely cleaned and just as described. The hosts had a lovely binder with local suggestions on food and things to do. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly.

A wonderful place right on the beach. A very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of pots and pans and some kitchen tools in the kitchen. The patio was really great and had a big firepit with adirondack chairs as well as a full size patio set with 4 chairs and umbrella as well as a small cafe set. There were tons of kiddie beach toys in the laundry room as well as a pair of beach chair-umbrella combos. Big fluffy beach towels too. Both bedrooms were large. Although it is right on the main road, A1A, all you could hear while in the house was the soothing sounds of the ocean. We arrived in the area 1 day early and stayed in a beachfront hotel i n Ormond for 1 night. A COMPLETELY different world. Brittany’s place is quiet, and on a very quiet part of the shore. On our morning beach walks there, we walked for 5-10 minutes before passing another beachgoer. (April). Truly peaceful. We come back to this area on business every 2 years. I hope Brittany’s beach house is available next time.
