Excellent costumer service. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

We have been two families, 4 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good connection by metro and bus.

This place was lovely. We spent a lot of time in the pub at night. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. It was a great home away from home. This location was a bit further from downtown London and then I had anticipated. The traffic took about an hour to get into downtown at certain times. The location is quite lovely and wonderful but if you’re planning to do any tourist attractions in London consider the commute time.

The room I stayed in was great and the staff in the maids of honour cafe were fantastic. This is the second time I’ve stayed here for work and I have recommended it to my colleagues.

Great stay in the heart of Chelsea. Really easy to check in and able to check bags with front desk which made exploring the city easy from day 1. Really well set up for a group of 4. We had beautiful views of downtown London from our room too which was a lucky perk. Can’t recommend enough!

The apartment was clean and modern. Great central location with several supermarkets, coffee shops & restaurants within a few minutes. About a 30 minute walk to main sites and 4mins to the underground. Staff at reception were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was great to have access to a washing machine and fridge while travelling. Great communication from host with an easy check in process via reception. Would stay again.

Brilliant sleep with quite literally the strongest shower I’ve ever used massaged my head clean!

A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

Beautiful room, quiet, and stunning surroundings! I stayed in one of their garden rooms, which was so peaceful, with its own outside area. Perfect for sunny days, looking over the water. Watched the heron fly over the water and perch in a tree, through breakfast. Lovely experience thank-you!

Great host and convenient location!

The receptionist upon arrival was lovely, very friendly and able to help with anything and everything. The hotel was just like the pictures and I would highly recommend. Great value for money and enough to do on site.

Victoria is a great host, super responsive and very clean. The property itself is super well maintained and has a great zen feeling about it. THE BATH IS INCREDIBLE & the water pressure 10/10. The breakfast was perfect. We loved the books in the living room. A great thesaurus and old historic books too! Thanks a bunch! OJ

Looking for a night away and this was perfect for us - lovely location, we had a ground floor garden room. Had lunch in the bar area and all was very nice and staff were so attentive and could not do enough! Would stay again

I stayed with Carolina while attending an event at the Eventim Apollo. It was perfectly located for it - just a 10 min walk away. I didn’t get to see Carolina but her instructions were clear, the place is spotless, and it was perfect for my needs. I recommend Carbon Kopi for breakfast in the morning it’s just around the corner and was great

Our room was nice and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The lights in our room were not working but was quickly rectified by the host. Would recommend staying here! Communal bathroom and kitchen but had everything we need.

Great alternative to a hotel. We got the double room and it was beautiful and ideal for our stay. Would come again. Beautiful place and atmosphere.

It was peaceful, safe and comfortable to be in Jose's house. A clean and tidy house, a garden with birdsong, a bright and safe room. Jose is very hospitable and does his best to help you. See you soon, it was a nice experience.

Yvonne and her dog, Loui, are so nice and friendly. She treated me like family. The room was nice and lovely. It was such a great experience to see a real English-style house.
