Excellent costumer service. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

We have been two families, 4 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good connection by metro and bus.

This place was lovely. We spent a lot of time in the pub at night. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. It was a great home away from home. This location was a bit further from downtown London and then I had anticipated. The traffic took about an hour to get into downtown at certain times. The location is quite lovely and wonderful but if you’re planning to do any tourist attractions in London consider the commute time.

Had an amazing stay! The room was cozy and adorable. All the pub staff were so welcoming and friendly. It is directly above the pub, so if noise is an issue for you, I would reconsider. But the provided earplugs were perfect for me. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely quirky place, great food in the tea room as well. We were visiting Kew Gardens so it couldn't have been a better location. The staff in the Tea Room were really nice and very helpful.

The accommodation is in a very nice area and very well located, the metro is a 5-minute walk away and that line connects with many tourist attractions. It is totally worth staying here, because it has a very affordable price and the place has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably in London, in addition to the fact that the hosts were always attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We are very happy to have found this accommodation, we would definitely stay there again 😊
