What a wonderful venue especially as we could moor our boat and JetSki after a fun day’s activities on the river. The house had everything we needed.

Beautiful place on the dam, was so easy to walk down and get on with some fishing. Lovely spot, the bedrooms are separated and have their own bath/shower and toilet with a communal kitchen and lounge. The TV has been updated and the dstv was a bonus for the kids. Pont de Val was an absolute delight to stay at. The host, Cedric, was extremely informative with flexible check in. The place had paved road until the reception entrance which is appreciated in a farm town. The security and restaurant at the estate were very helpful and kind. Furthermore, the interior design of the apartment was modern with Netflix and the fridge being stocked with beverages. The apartment also has a lovely view of the Vaal River and easy access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider booking again!

The unit was exactly as per the pictures. Extremely clean, smelt amazing. All utensils and cutlery were in the unit. Perfect view of the river overlooking the pool as well. Great value for our money. The tranquility was amazing.

I always wanted to go on a personal retreat. This space provided excaltly what I needed. The serene and tranquility is far beyond what I imagined. The atmosphere is perfect for wellness. The peaceful early morning to late night tranquility, listening to the glorious melody of birds, breathing the fresh unpolluted air, my God I had a great me-time. I love that it is highly secured. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible experience staying at the Bronkhors’s.The place was exactly as described (if not better) – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area next to the Vaal dam. Liezel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing clear instructions, helpful local tips on fishing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. It truly felt like a home away from home.
