House vacation rentals in Fes

We were a group of 12 friends for an extended weekend at Riad Eleganza and we had a wonderful stay! Abdelatif and Aisha were very attentive and welcomed us as if we were part of their family. A big thank you to them and all the people who welcomed us and guided us in the beautiful city of Fez The Riad is very well located on the edge of the medina and next to all amenities, ideal for an exotic stay!

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

We enjoyed it a lot in this beautiful Riad. Really really friendly team, beautiful rooms and in the middle of the old town!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

Overall a great place to stay, confortable. We loved the interior and the build of our Riad. Right in the heart of the city. The stay is an old building in one of the oldest town in Morocco (or maybe the world) so we can’t expect spotless / dust free place, so expectation must be accounted. We personally liked it, but a few times the entrance door got stuck, some lightbulbs were out, the toilet had water always running. There was imperfections and few annoyances. But again the infrastructure is old, somethings can’t be helped. The Riad reception were helpful, the checkin experience was ok. They did not send any prior message/notice about our stay before arriving so I had to contact them about it, ask to arrange an airport taxi, but we got to the Riad without problem. At reception, they guided us about the town and ways to see attractions. Our checkout experience was ok, but the taxi arrangement nearly costed us a flight unfortunately. Mis-communications with taxi, luggage carrier…

The housekeeper brought us to the riad and we were shocked how beautiful it was. We felt like kings in this accommodation. Yassine (the housekeeper) was very nice and helpful. He served us breakfast every morning and gave us useful recommendations. The terrace is also a perfect place to start or end your days in Fes!

This is a fantastic house to stay in Fes. It is easily walkable to all attractions but very peaceful and quiet. It is quite close to a driving street which is very useful in Fes for coming and going with luggage. The house itself feels like staying in a museum. It is very beautifully decorated and has amazing original details everywhere. It has been updated for comfort as well with multiple bathrooms on each floor and washer and dryer. Yassin was always available and offers his services as a tour guide if needed. Fes itself is such a great city- filled with history and crafts and great food.

Great location in the middle of the Old Medina. Only 5 minutes from the oldest university and tannery by foot, 15 minutes from the Blue gates. Overall the location is great. The place looks like the pictures, I enjoyed my stay there.

5 stars. We had a great stay! The place was nice, and the hospitality was exceptional. Waseem and Hamza went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in and were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect and very convenient, especially for families like ours. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Dezayn was a delightful stay, we loved the riad it was very traditional. Each room has an en suite which was a great. The house keeper Abdul lateef was very helpful and always was around. Breakfast was lovely, the location was great but a 15-20 min uphill walk to the blue gate. Over all a great value for money riad we had a lovely 3 night stay and thank you Pierre’s for always responding to our messages promptly.

The accommodation is in the best neighborhood of the entire medina, there people will treat you well, it is not the most touristy area, it is quite safe. The food in the area is very nice and if you make the currency change there you do not lose almost anything in fees. The spatially riad is crazy, don't stop feeling at a palace, the bathrooms are very original and the central courtyard is a blast, plus from the rooftop you see a part of the medina, a mosque you have down the street and there is no rooftop from which you can see it, you can be quiet. Apart from this, a woman who has been taking care of that house for 13 years and will take care of you as one of her family, she welcomed us with a spectacular lunch. She only speaks Arabic and French, but her son Yusef speaks English perfectly and we were able to know a lot of things about the city thanks to him. For very little money he takes care of coming to make you breakfast or food... of the best things in Fez.

Omar and his family were extremely nice and helpful. We booked the whole riad for our group of 13 and there were plenty of rooms and space. He came to the parking to pick us up and guide us to the house, we arrived very late. Its right in the medina in a very convenient location. Her mum prepared moroccan breakfast both days for 20dirhams each which was great. If you need milk in the breakfast tell them in advance cause its not typical. We knew we are in Morocco so it was fine for us, but be aware cleaning standards are not the same. Kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and smelly, but beds sheets were clean. 2 rooms were having bedbugs and people got stings, we killed some of them. We were allowed to keep our bags after the checkout downstairs. Wifi worked great. I would recommend but cleaning needs to be improved to met european standards.

It was a very nice stay in Fes and in the host's house. The roof terrace and the view over Fes alone were priceless. Just a tiny criticism: only in a bedroom, the air conditioning works as it should. But it is still pleasant despite the heat in August.

Simo is very friendly guy. Always ready to help. Easy going with wonderful sense of humour. I was very lucky to meet also his father and mother. His father showed me his previous house and took me for shopping to Medina. If you like interaction with people Simo’s house is perfect for you. Thank you Simo for hosting me. God bless you. We had a great stay at Dar Atlantic thanks to our host Chaimae who made our stay very pleasant. She made us feel at home and was very grand helpful. The house was cute and clean. We’ll definitely go back.

Me and my friends stayed at Siham for only one night, but we were well welcomed and the house was. Siham is a very kind host, who gives many advices to enjoy your stay in Fès.
