House vacation rentals in Fes

The accommodation is amazing and is in the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the part of the Medina of the city of Fez, as it is located near one of the main streets, one of the few that you don't miss in Fes. In addition to the accommodation, we arrange breakfast, transfers to the apartment from the airport and two guided tours. We highly recommend these services, as the visits are incredible and welcome you with great hospitality. The all-day visit of the Medina includes visiting artisans where they teach you how to make their local products (all in Spanish). We also did the Middle-Atlas where we got to know Berber culture and the local flora and fauna. Highly recommended as well. To make these visits we had chauffeurs every day and the visits were for our group (8 people). If one day I return to Morocco I will not hesitate to contact Mohamed, we are looking forward to the desert and Chefchauen!

Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to all shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

Fantastic! We had the whole house to ourselves. 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all neat and cozy. A lot of praise for Maryam and her daughters who provided breakfast, cleaning and dinner (optional, but definitely recommended). Very friendly and pleasant to stay with. House is against the medina. Good place. Ideal for us (family with 4 adolescents) Note: As in many places in Fez and so here too, you have to be sharp on the price you pay for extra services.

We had a great stay at this Medina. It obviously starts with the local staff. They were wonderful, polite and eager to help with anything. The Riad looks exactly like the pictures and is very easy to feel at home in. If you are staying in Fes, I highly recommend this Riad. Affordable parking across the street and access to the Blue Gate and a second entrance to the Medina are within steps of this Riad.

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

We had an amazing experience in Riad Jamaï. The riad was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. We were with a group of students and they didn't mind us hanging out at night or playing music. The communication was very clear and the food was delicious. We were sad to leave!

Overall a great place to stay, confortable. We loved the interior and the build of our Riad. Right in the heart of the city. The stay is an old building in one of the oldest town in Morocco (or maybe the world) so we can’t expect spotless / dust free place, so expectation must be accounted. We personally liked it, but a few times the entrance door got stuck, some lightbulbs were out, the toilet had water always running. There was imperfections and few annoyances. But again the infrastructure is old, somethings can’t be helped. The Riad reception were helpful, the checkin experience was ok. They did not send any prior message/notice about our stay before arriving so I had to contact them about it, ask to arrange an airport taxi, but we got to the Riad without problem. At reception, they guided us about the town and ways to see attractions. Our checkout experience was ok, but the taxi arrangement nearly costed us a flight unfortunately. Mis-communications with taxi, luggage carrier…

The housekeeper brought us to the riad and we were shocked how beautiful it was. We felt like kings in this accommodation. Yassine (the housekeeper) was very nice and helpful. He served us breakfast every morning and gave us useful recommendations. The terrace is also a perfect place to start or end your days in Fes!

This place is a palace, a castle, a quiet oasis in the Medina, a really authentic Moroccan house, beautifully decorated, with two outside terraces with fantastic views. We were extremely comfortable, each one having their own luxurious bedroom. A very nice lady comes in the mornings to serve Moroccan breakfast of jam, honey, tea, coffee and pastries. We appreciated the washing machine and even the dryer, plus the heaters in each bedroom. Yassin was extremely kind to give us a ride from the parking lot to the house late at night when we arrived, and we booked a city tour with him for the next morning to visit the tannery, the madrasa and other sights. Staying at this house is our best memory of Fez, a treat that exceeded our expectations.

We very much enjoyed our stay. A lovely home with a well equipped kitchen and lots of amenities. All our queries were responded to very promptly. Nothing left to be desired. Perfect

Wow! Built in the 14th century it was like living inside an art museum and having it all to ourselves. It’s unbelievably beautiful inside with unreal tile work on the floors, walls, fountain, stairs, etc. It was astonishing in the best of ways! Jennifer was super responsive and helpful from afar before we arrived and during our stay and Abdlilah could not have been friendlier and eager to help in any way he could. Dar Drouj is a gem, hidden inside Fes’s medina. We were so glad we were able to stay there for a while!

Our stay at the Dezayn was a delightful stay, we loved the riad it was very traditional. Each room has an en suite which was a great. The house keeper Abdul lateef was very helpful and always was around. Breakfast was lovely, the location was great but a 15-20 min uphill walk to the blue gate. Over all a great value for money riad we had a lovely 3 night stay and thank you Pierre’s for always responding to our messages promptly.

Ahmed was a great host, proactive and helpful with information and his place was a great starting point to get lost in the myriad of streets of Fes 🤗

Samira was a responsive and great host for me and my 5 friends who stayed at her place for 2 nights in Fes. Samira and her daughter picked us up from our taxi drop off and we immediately felt at home at her place as she offered us tea, sweets and gave us helpful recommendations and information on the city. The accomodation facilities themselves matched the description and were fit for purpose. It is an aesthetically decorated house with a lovely rooftop terrace. I would highly recommend Samira’s place to anyone travelling to Fes.
