A very nice, small, tastefully furnished apartment near the shopping Mariscal. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. From the roof terrace of the apartment house you have a fantastic panoramic view of the city. Next door is a pub. But we had no problems with the background noise.

Excellent stay in a safe neighborhood, located in a quiet and relaxing area but near all necessities like supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, money and crypto exchanges and more. Highly recommended.

The apartment is well located, cozy and also has a beautiful view of the city. George and Javiera were very attentive during all the times we need to contact them. My family and I had a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return at another opportunity.

Ma Fernanda's apartment is super complete, very comfortable, the place is beautiful, the facilities of the complex are beautiful, there is not much noise of vehicles, horns, you can rest. And she is a loving person, very attentive and kind!! How we arrived almost in the afternoon and were tired we asked for dinner sandwich de lomito with potatoes fritas and super rich everything with Delivery service from the New Market of the complex!! I would stay there again!!

“I had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop pool was amazing, and having a bbq grill on the balcony was a fantastic touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place!”

Marina contacted us ahead of time. She is very friendly. When we arrived, the host welcomed us in an incredible way. She was very nice and helped us a lot. There were some things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, but Marina resolved them quickly. El apartamento is about 40 minutes from Centro and 30 minutes from the well-known shopping centers. It is also easy to move inwards. It is a quiet neighborhood both day and night. During the day, you can walk to the center of Ñemby in 10 minutes. In the area, you find restaurants, hairdressers, cafes, and more. At night, we prefer to drive for safety. If you already know the area, I recommend the apartment. Marina is always ready to help if you need something. We are very grateful to Modesta and Marina for everything! :)

I had an incredible few days in Asunción, thanks to Juan Carlos and Natalia. Super friendly, respectful, and friendly were in every detail even left me a present for Racing's victory in the South American Cup final. The building manager is also very friendly. Everything is 10 points and highly recommended.
