Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Luis was extremely helpful and responsive. Easy check in process and the building staff were always pleasant. 2 blocks from Shopping del Sol mall. Easy to get an Uber from area and also great central location to drive anywhere in the city. great restaurants nearby as well. great place.

Apartment more beautiful than on the pictures. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Asunción's Best Place, a few meters from the city's two best shopping malls. It is well worth it.

Lots of thoughtful touches , like water and welcome chocolates on arrival . Excellent bakery/ Cafe a block away , and great steakhouse right next door . Easy access to all the malls for restaurants and bars . Place was spotless . There is construction of a high rise going on next door , so has a bit of noise . Did not bother me , as I am a early riser ..

Luciana has been a great host who always responded to my messages/inquiries and/or requests. The apartment is just like you can see in the photos and we found everything clean and well equipped. Really recommended! The area is convenient for its tranquility, close access to supermarkets and shopping, and its safety. I would definitely come back in the future.

I had an incredible few days in Asunción, thanks to Juan Carlos and Natalia. Super friendly, respectful, and friendly were in every detail even left me a present for Racing's victory in the South American Cup final. The building manager is also very friendly. Everything is 10 points and highly recommended.

What a nice spot in a great neighbourhood. I was there for five days to get through a lot of uninterrupted work, and REALLY enjoyed taking my breaks at the rooftop pool to tan, relax, and cool off in the pool. The apartment is nicely decorated, and the views looking out at the patio could be from a magazine. Going for little walks about the neighbourhood will lead you to a great grocery store nearby - Super Siete - and many wonderful cafes, stores, and a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this place for short stays.
