This is such an adorable place to stay comfortably for 4-5 people. It’s private, quiet, cozy, and conveniently located to Snowshoe. Highly recommend this stay

Christina’s place was fantastic! We are locals who always look for a local short term rental to celebrate our son’s birthday. This house was a gem. The boys enjoyed the game room and theater room both. We watched the fight all together in the theatre room and all fit on the huge sectional couch. The bedrooms are all spacious and have nice big TVs in them. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but it looked very inviting. Christina was very accommodating and friendly. Communication was perfect. We hope to come again next year! Thanks Christina!

Eathan was quick to respond and accommodated my request of being in town for a day trip with my fiancé for a class ceremony and myself and service dog wanted somewhere to relax until late night when the class ended and we got back in the road, he was very easy to work with as well as polite and prompt, highly recommended

This was the second time I’ve rented this place for my family’s new year’s getaway . My family loves it here. Very quiet,relaxing and lots of room. Plus it’s not that far from town to run and pick up extra supplies. Owner is very nice and very responsive if you are in need of anything. Would definitely use again.

Thanks for the stay! This house was perfect for our group, very spaceous with a large kitchen and family room and the location could not have been any better. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Summersville parking lot, so if you are planning on going to the lake then look no further. Would love to stay here again sometime!

House was beautiful, MaryAnn kept us up to date with the snow- it was 10 minutes from the Hot Spring & a few great restaurants and cidery. As a dog mom I am always so happy when there's a place that will allow us to travel with our pups. MaryAnn was kind and her place is so wonderful. We hope to get back in the spring. Great location to use for burning Rock off road park. Not the best for parking but you can leave trailer/truck at the park. Sophia allows you to ride into town. Fuel is 2 miles away. I give this a 5 star for the area location and its use.
