sea view from the terrace, in two minutes on foot you have your feet in the water. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. Its location is ideal for visiting the regions of Larnaka and Agia Napa. We loved it.

everything was superlative and we are sorry that we didn't stay a few more days...the house is located at a wild beach, with incredible landscapes...in the house you can find absolutely everything you need...the local transport is very well organized and it is not worth renting a car ...the owner Lambros is a person who helps you immediately if you ask him...note 10 for him…we will definitely come back and recommend this dream location to everyone!

Before arriving Rita organised food/drinks to get a very warm welcome. The house was prepared on a perfekt level and has had all relevant utensils what is needed for a great and carefree holiday...even more than that!! Thanks again to Rita!! Also useful to know there are towels/beach chairs/beach umbrellas etc. From the house it is just a few metres walk to reach one of the nicest beaches on the island. Close to the house you can reach small food stores and some restaurants. For going out you need a walk of approx. 15-20min reaching a street(protatas) full of restaurants and bars.

We spent a few days in the house in Efi and everything was tidy and clean when we arrived. Efi has always communicated with us, giving us some very useful tips for the area. We enjoyed the quiet area and the outdoor space. I recommend wearing eye masks for sleeping because the bedrooms have curtains that don't darken.

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

We are a family of 5 , with 3 kids, one of them is a baby, so we needed something not far from the beach , but enough space for all of us and with a fully equipped kitchen. So I must admit her place is very child friendly. We had all we needed to prepare the baby’s food and for the other kids , a dishwasher, we even had a special baby laundry detergent, and a baby table chair . We received a bottle of wine and water at our arrival , and we really apreciate it. The balcony is huge and you can eat and relax over there . We arrived by a rent car in the night and it was a bit difficult to find the apartment , but we parked at the location and every day we went on foot to eat in the area , or every morning to the beach. Nissi beach was our favorite , and is it only at a 10 minutes walk. You have all you need near you . Anytime we need an information our host quickly replied . It was great experience!

Natalia and her husband were nice hosts. Natalia's husband picked us up from the airport and brought us to the accommodation and also on departure. The apartment corresponds to the description and the location is great. Nissi Beach and Landa Beach are a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity are also the bus stops that go to Ayia Napa City and Larnaca. The cleanliness in the apartment was fine. A second set of sheets and towels would have been great. Since we did not cook, we cannot say about the kitchen equipment. In some places, the kitchen knows signs of wear and tear, which is a pity that guests do not handle them with care. It was particularly nice that we were allowed to stay in the apartment longer than the regular check-out time. This allowed us to make full use of our departure day. Overall we had a great stay with Natalia and Panayotas

The apartment matched the pictures perfectly. It’s suitable for both work and relaxation, with excellent natural light. The laptop table made it comfortable for online meetings, and the area is peaceful.

Great place to stay, sounds from main streets do not bother at night. Beautiful sunsets views from the balcony. Walkable distance to main beaches. We had everything we needed. Recommend!

Beautiful apartment! Clean and tidy; good beds, all equipment you need for cooking at home. Short stroll to the center and to the beach promenade. Very good communication with the host, thank you for letting us stay a little bit longer, as our flight left very late. Can definitely recommend this apartment, as activity the strolls on the promenade in sun set are very nice. Also the sculpture park, which is huge, is nice to visit. We also had moussaka and stifades at Costas, in center, very good food! Thank you for a nice stay!

Great place. Difficult to find but the host was very swift to communicate with instructions. The Apartment is situated about 25 minute walk from central Aiya Napa which was a bit further than expected but wasn't a problem. Would stay again

Our stay in Maria’s apartment was very enjoyable! No bad surprises, only positive experiences:) We found exactly the peace we needed with a very comfortable home, beautiful surroundings and flawless hospitality from both Maria and Maros and the neighbours of the apartment :) We’ll for sure come again and can only recommend this place :)

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Great views with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed ourselves and Angela was always responsive to any inquiries we had. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in North Cyprus.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.
