Family-friendly vacation rentals in Famagusta

We have had 5 fantastic weeks at this accommodation. We alternated the days between the beach and the pool. The pool area was calm and quiet and was truly pure relaxation. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. We have also cooked in the apartment in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioners. All contact with Evan has been very pleasant. He has responded quickly to the questions we have had and is also very nice. We will definitely go here again!

Great place! Had a few minor inconveniences at check in and Xenios and team were super responsive and helpful. Special shout out to the lovely pool duo. Visiting this area in off season is actually a great vibe, it felt like we had 1km of private beach. Just good company (wandering cats included!) and island beauty.

We had a wonderful time at Maria`s place. We stayed there for 4 weeks, and realy enjoyed ourselves. The place was wonderful and homely, well equipped and beautifully clean. We made all our meals at home, and the kitchen was fantastically well equipped, absolutely everything we needed was available. Only 2 minutes walk to a lovely large community swimming pool where we could swim and enjoy the sun almost all day. The apartment is within walking distance to lovely beaches, and several good supermarkets. Maria is a lovely and friendly lady, who made us very welcome and was always available for questions, help, tips etc. We had a wonderful stay, and would most definitely return. We fully recommend Maria and her apartment without hesitation !

We have already stayed in this complex in different apartment but this was by far our favorite. Maksim was always happy to help and extremely responsive. Clean spacious apartment within a beautiful complex! We had an amazing time and will definitely return to this accommodation!

We arrange this trip few months before and our family came from all over the world to enjoy this vacation. The villa as described very big and there many rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the center of the house and the private cabana is really a plus. You are close to a lot of places 5-10 minute walk and you can always take a taxi if you need to go to Ayia Napa. Overall great stay we all had a lot of fun and the place was as we expected. Thank you. Ps The fig , lemon trees are so amazing plus the tennis court that was a great addition.

Vera is quite interesting, honest, straightforward and modern lady. Communication with her prior to the check-in went pretty smoothly. She was waiting for us at the apartment, even if we were a bit late, as we were using public transport to get there from Larnaca airport. She met us on the street, let us in and offered a glass of cold water. Explained everything about the apartment, beaches and town, and then she was gone until the last day of our stay. Apartment is very clean and has all you need in it: double and single beds; washing machine, balcony and dryer; fridge, microwave, toasters and all other kitchen appliances; umbrella and sunbeds for the beach; a lot of towels and bed-sheets, soaps, shampoos, etc. So, if you don't mind the distance (20-30 minutes walk to the beach), this place is perfect. On the last day, Vera gave us a ride to the Larnaca airport with her car for a decent price. Thanks for everything, Vera, hope to see you again!

We had a lovely week at David's! It felt really safe knowing that he responded to our messages within 30 minutes or so. Top benefits: - 20 minutes by car from the airport (car is a need!). - Bigger supermarket (Lidl) only 5-10 minutes away. - The pool! - Two showers (good for a bigger family). - 20 minutes further east to lots of beaches and Agia Napa (we went with our small kids to Makronissos Beach - so so beautiful!).

Martino was fantastic, beautiful home and was amazing as I am a solo traveller which for if it wasn't Martino stepping in and letting me book his lovely home then I would have had a nightmare trying to find somewhere to stay. thank you again to Martino and Anastasia, I hopefully I will be back next year 😁

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

Greg and his wife are amazing hosts - we felt right at home, surrounded by nature and spending each evening on the huge terrace. We got great recommendations for best restaurants around and got picked up from the bus stop. Absolutely recommending this spot!

It was short stay this time in the Marios apartment 101 on Polixenia Beach but everything went well. It’s 3 bedrooms apartment with everything you need for long or short vacation. It’s next to one of the best Pernera beaches within 5 mins walk. Lots of food places around. Good for families with kids.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

Very nice villa with a very good location. Everything was as expected. Only minus was that there was no cousions in the sofa outside.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

Anthea’s place was lovely, very bear the sea and with lots of useful amenities nearby especially for families. Anthea as a host is very responsive and she answered promptly all our questions. I highly recommend her and her place to others looking for a peaceful area for families around the area of protaras/paralimni. The place was clean and cosy.

Wonderful place for the family to stay. The villa includes three bedrooms on the second floor, two bathrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second), a kitchen and a spacious living room with a large dining table. I really enjoyed gathering the whole group at this table for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The living room is very spacious and bright, nice to be in. There is not much furniture in the bedrooms, but there is all the essentials. Dishware has all your needs. The pool was very nice to be clean and warm. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. But we rented a car and visited different beaches of Protaras.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.
