Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake. *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Moutain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Very large, cozy cottage on Little Twin Lake, which is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan! The property is situated on a large wooded lot (over 1 acre). Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. The location is great for 4 seasons of outdoor fun. The cottage includes a huge deck which overlooks the lake, a large dock, 5 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat!
