Great place in nature. There is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The location is great and in absolute calm. I highly recommend it!!!

We loved our stay. The apartment looks just like the pictures, is very clean and well kept, equipped with everything you might need. It's conveniently placed near the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking spot right outside the door is a big plus. Nikos is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, always there for everything you need. You must try the restaurants on his recommendation list, you will not regret!

Our stay in Chania was amazing. The location of the apartment was perfect. Very walkable and near multiple restaurants. We enjoyed the experience of being immersed in the old town area of Chania. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I only hope someone continues to feed Princess the wonderful cat who greated us outside our door every morning!

Savoula's apartment is in the heart of downtown, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The spacious bedroom and functional bathroom. The large plus the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I had a really good time and definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet area. We recommend a rental car as the road connections are good and close. Within 10 minutes in Chania, e.g. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The barbecue and garden are of course the highlights of the apartment. Since we traveled a lot during the day, it was very pleasant to spend the warm evenings grilling in the garden.

We enjoyed a great couple of weeks in this lovely big apartment, which had a nice homely feel. Set in a quiet location at the edge of the village, but close enough to walk to local beaches, cafes, low key bars, restaurants, mini marts, shops and a big supermarket. We also walked to beaches further away and inland villages. The view from the apartment is amazing, but please bear in mind that this is second row so there is a flat roof directly in front of you with water tanks, but this did not spoil it for us as you get a fantastic, very wide view to the right. It is a very large wrap around balcony, with outside access from the lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms. There is a hand held shower over the large bath with great water pressure, personally I would prefer a stand up shower cubicle, but not a major issue. Would definitely recommend this place.

The perfect house, in an amazing location. Fani was lovely, and there to welcome us even though we arrived very late, close to midnight, due to flight delays. The house is very well equipped with everything one could need, not to mention beautiful and very well-appointed. And did I mention the location? Incredible - garden gate literally opens on to the beach. Ideal for midnight swims under stars. The garden itself is lovely, spacious, green, with mature tamarisk trees (one hung with a hammock that is the perfect place to dose off to the sound of the waves), plus a wonderful barbecue. Kolymbari is a lovely village, not too over-developed, but with plenty of delightful tavernas and bars and cafes, a marvellous gift and trinket shop, boat hire, and the beautiful monastery of Panagia Odigitria. Our party (of 6) agreed this is probably the most perfect place we’ve ever stayed.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Great atmosphere and great service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Great stay, very friendly host, comfortable bed and great restaurant by the beach

My wife and I and four teens (ages 18-19) spent a delightful 10 days in Maleme, Crete during June. The apartment was well-equipped, and we appreciated the refreshing pool and air conditioning at night. Both the owner, Lesley, and our local host, Hannah, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. While the beach was pebbly, there were areas to swim. There are some great local restaurants in close walking distance. Maleme itself is quiet but convenient, with a nearby Synka supermarket. We explored Chania and other towns by bus, and a two-day car rental allowed us to discover more of the island. A boat trip to Balos beach and an island added to our memorable holiday experience.

We stayed at the end of October and could not have been happier with this villa. it was spotless, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The access to the water park for free was excellent for the kids and the last day of opening for the season was on the day we left. The facilities were excellent and the lovely pool and outdoor barbecue area were all great to use. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants within a km and good access to the beach. It's a first floor property which might be an issue with the steps but we liked having views from every room to the sea and beach. We couldn't really ask for anything else in our stay and if we come back to Crete we would look to stay here again. It's a short drive from Chania. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, offering help with hire cars and local amenities, but they left us to it. We had a great holiday in Crete and a lot of this was down to this superb accommodation we were lucky to find available for our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts took great care of us. It was cleaned in between and we got ingredients for a barbecue. In the house and all around everything is as in the photos. The kitchen is very well equiped. Spices and basic ingredients were also available. The only drawback is the street you hear. You can do a lot in the environment.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He replied very soon. We asked and got recommendations of nice restaurants. The house was very nice and easy to find anything we were looking for. It is perfect with and without children as well. :-) The sea was probably not like the fancy ones but it was always warmer than the others. :-D

This is a beautiful villa and the views do not disappoint. Philippe and Michele were responsive and helpful through our stay; from organising our checkin prior and a car to pick us up to even letting us stay a little longer in the day as our flight was late at night. They were phenomenal! Amenities were great and you have everything you could need available in the villa. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning products too. The decor throughout the villa was beautiful too. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere in Agia Marina!

From the moment we booked to the moment we left we had an excellent experience. Giorgos is very responsive. We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as the photographs. The added bonus we found is that there is air conditioning in both of the bigger rooms, the washing machine is a bonus with plenty of space to dry clothes. The pool area is amazing with plenty of room in the pool to play volleyball and space to sunbathe or sit under some shade. We loved it as much in the daytime as in the evenings. The location is so peaceful with local beaches in easy walking distance. The sea is clear but water shoes help. Excellent masseuse nearby. We walked 15 mins to Gramvousa restaurant and others nearby. We enjoyed Breeze in Kissamos. We went to Balos via car (road can be seen from the balcony) and it was amazing though the walk back up was tough in heat. We loved Elafonisi beach and enjoyed the sunset there. We also enjoyed what Chania had to offer. We would recommend this place 100% to all

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

It was a very nice vacation at the "Sand Lily" house. With two gardens, it was easy to find a shady or sunny spot to relax. The house is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. Vasilis is a friendly and accommodating host who took good care of us and quickly responded to any questions. The quiet location right by the sea with a narrow but beautiful beach was perfect for a relaxing vacation. And a good place to take beautiful trips to the island's notable beaches and coves. Thank you for the hospitality!

Peaceful garden and lovely house, we enjoyed our time a lot!

Close to a nice beach and bus stop for a 10 min trip into town. We were able to walk to get anything we needed. Although unit was sparsely equipped and kitchenette was tiny we were able to create a meal or two. Hosts were great and helpful, providing directions and assistance immediately upon request. Pool is tiny but cute. We would stay again
