This unit was very comfortable for two of us. Stamatis is a great host, very responsive. We had an issue with the TV, Wi-Fi and the tea kettle. They were resolved immediately. We needed something to be printed and he offered to come on Saturday to help us. Very nice.

Modern, well designed & equipped condo. Great location within walking distance to waterfront and many good restaurants. Reserved covered parking is a bonus. Gad is very responsive.

Great place to stay! Only 2 min walk to the beach, professionally cleaned. I will come back!

Aristeidis apartment exceeded all expectations. Firstly, the view from the balcony is beyond what we imagined. The sunset you'll see from it is incredible and the endless sea view is stunning. The apartment itself is really well equipped, very clean and comfortable. You'll be well looked after by Aristeidis, who is really responsive to any messages and very helpful with queries. I would 100% recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to be a little bit outside the hustle and bustle of Chania centre, but close enough to get in via taxis or the bus. Would recommend a hire car for ease also. I've already recommended this apartment to family and friends so that should say it all. Enjoy!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chrisoula's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The property was even better than described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it felt peaceful and private. Chrisoula was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great tips on local activities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The place was definitely worth it. It is an Airbnb in the "hotel style": there is a reception desk with the wonderful Maria, who knows a solution for everything (thank you for that). There is a super diligent cleaning crew. Otherwise, you have your "own" small apartment with so loving and detailed equipment that you really feel at home. Our bed was soooooo comfortable that we could sleep for a long time every day and the absolute game changer for us was the washing machine. The Airbnb is a little outside, we had unfortunately not rented a car and therefore traveled a lot on foot. As a result, we met many restaurants and cafes where the locals are staying instead of just "tourists" around us. We will definitely be back ❤️ by vehicle :) Thank you for everything. The appartment was as at the photos Spyros has upload at the listing with everything needed even for a family with a little kid. Spyros was very responsive and helpful on whatever we asked for. Regarding the location, Nea Chora is the best neighborhood at Chania if someone needs to be close in walking distance to the city center and old harbor and needless to have a car to move around.

Honestly, don't hesitate for a second. Small peaceful retreat. We stayed there for 2 nights! We fall asleep with the noise of the sea and fall asleep with it, too good! There is the best restaurant on the island just a 10min drive away

location was great. the place was great. the host was the best host ever. He had a fridge full of beer for me which I thought was awesome. He had his wife come over and give me lessons on the washing machine and he even gave me a ride to my next destination as well as invited me out to events going on around town. Absolutely the best.

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

Excellent location of the apartment, near the beach. Very clean and cozy. All restaurants and shops are on the street a minute from the apartments, but at the same time no noise . I really liked it. It is also convenient to get to the best beaches in Crete if you rented a car.

We stayed for 9 days in a beautiful apartment, very clean and very equipped. The apartment is about 10/15 minutes from the center of Chania, in front of a supermarket and in our opinion, it is at the right distance from all the most beautiful beaches (1.45 h max). The order, cleanliness and equipment of the apartment allowed us to live our stay to the fullest! I would like to reserve a special thank you to the very cute Chrysoula. She was very kind, sociable and available to answer all our questions. She was the first person in the place we met and she really warmed our hearts to meet her... thank you! Everything worked out very well. The technology and condition in the apartment were also impeccable. Britta greeted us personally with her husband and showed us everything in the apartment. She had sent us some links to restaurants and breakfast cafes in advance. These were very helpful The area also seemed to be safe and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market at the doorstep. The way to the city was very easy and easy to master. Excursions such as Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Gorge, Lake Kournas and Elafonissi beach were also easily accessible by car. If we vacation in Chania again, we would love to stay with Britta again.

Though it is a busy neighborhood, it is very quiet at night 4. The AC is spectacular. 5. You are a short drive from the city center and waterfront loaded with shops, restaraunts ocean views and the lighthouse.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautiful, new and impeccably clean, with regular cleaning services. There is a binder with 70 pages of carefully curated local recommendations. It was very comfortable to work at the large table, with plenty of light, and very comfortable to relax in the large couch with large TV. And then there is of course lovely Chania to explore, which has also kept us happily busy throughout our stay. Peter and Niki have been wonderful hosts. If we ever return to Chania (and we very well may), we'll certainly stay with them again.

I liked the apartment very much. the host was very responsive and helpful and always available if we needed something, even later in the evening! the flat was also clean and we enjoyed the stay a lot!

The place is beautiful and cozy just like the pictures! Just be aware that the stairs to acces the apartment and the second floor are narrow and steep. Manos’ recomendations of restaurants were very good.

Everything was exceptional! Katerina was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for our 10 days relaxing stay, right on the beach (1 min walk to the golden beach). Katerina provided fresh bed linen and towels half way through our stay. There are only 2 apartments in the building, 2 penthouses. Very quiet and peaceful! No lift but not too bad, easy stairs. 2 supermarkets are very close, 10 min walk, and the other shops are within 2 min walk from the apartment. The bus stop is 1 min walk. By bus 21 is 10 min to Chania, 2 EUR pp. Taxis are a bit pricey. 14 EUR. Thank you Katerina for everything! We recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Life. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped and the pool and outside areas (including a mini gym which we weren’t expecting) were excellent. Antonis and Eleni were friendly and responsive hosts, sorting us out with a superb value car rental and responding to all queries very quickly. Plenty of parking and a short walk to lovely restaurants. Overall fully recommend!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌
