Cute little place to stay. Would stay again.

The place was cute and had so much history and love put into it. It was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The bed was comfortable. We loved the hot tub-probably our favorite part. It was close to town but you are out on a peaceful farm. There was plenty of paper goods which was a nice touch. I didn’t quite understand that there wasn’t a stove or oven and the grill outside didn’t have propane so we had no way to cook the food we brought (there is a toaster oven and microwave). A little bummer but we went and grabbed a couple nice meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us!

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming property! Despite the cold and snowy weather, the space stayed warm and cozy throughout my entire visit, which was such a relief in an older building. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The fully fenced-in yard was an amazing bonus, especially for my dog Rhea, who had an absolute blast playing fetch in the snow! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure I had all the information I needed and offering great local recommendations for exploring the area. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but I'll definitely be back in Utah this June and would love to stay here again if it’s available. Highly recommend this place!

It was just a quick stop but we felt right at home. Connie was kind and friendly and so easy to work with. We loved their little bunkhouse and will definitely stay again. The views alone are worth the stay!

Melinda was friendly and responsive. We had thought we’d locked ourselves out, and she responded within 15 minutes. When I had a concern they were there and had had it resolved in a timely manner. The inside is inviting, comfortable and clean! The couch was exceptionally comfortable with extra pillows too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It’s just a block or two from campus, and we enjoyed walking around campus and to the Malt Shop for lunch. The exterior leaves much to be desired, but the interior was so clean it made up the difference. We appreciated having a good washer and dryer too!

We loved our stay and felt incredibly comfortable in Shelby’s wonderful basement apt; it was beautifully decorated and so clean! Communication was easy and she was so hospitable :)

There was the cutest rooster up in the fence in the morning crowing at us and he was just adorable and funny. Antlers in the tree was so cute. Grateful for the wood fireplace and the lighting outside. Lots of motion detection lights helped a ton. Very welcoming and quiet and comfortable. Definitely would come back again. Price was perfect for the space. Beds was so comfortable really wow. Furniture also. Bathroom is roomy and has a two doors I liked that tons. Shower was great. They had a birthday party while we was there and we still did not even know they was home. Very respectful and quiet. Thank you.

My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary here. The Teepee experience was amazing! Super warm for when it's cold out and I'm sure great for the hot summer time as well. Helpful and friendly people watch over these private Teepees. The pond is full of Fish. There was hardly any spiders around, but the bugs do start to come out when it warms up. Which is part of the outdoors experience. Bathroom was super clean and warm. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking whatever. There was offroad E-Bikes, which were super fun to ride around. The owner also let us know the people who made the Teepees also made the ones in the movie Dances with Wolves. All in all, great experience with awesome folks running the place. 10/10, we will be going back!
