Waterfront vacation rentals in Fairfield County

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience. We were visiting our daughter and her family in Northport. Jeannette's apartment is beautiful and has a beachy, homey feel. We enjoyed a very relaxing week there and it made our stay in Northport extra special. Jeannette is a very welcoming and fantastic host!

If your reading this, don’t hesitate for one second to reserve Nathan’s place it’s by far the best airbnb the I ever stayed, it was spacious, it’s was clean, you actually feel welcome and you don’t want to leave, Nathan and his wife literally make your life easier once you there. I have no complaints of any kinds, the bed are Súper comfortable, bathroom it’s clean, they welcome you with treats and the hours it in a great location, if I ever come back I will definitely stay here! Really great place for my daughter and I to stay. Close to SONO which has great restaurants and bars, and close to the water. Peaceful and inviting, the space was everything we expected.

My daughter and I were repeat guests at this location. Our return visit did not disappoint. It was clean, quiet convenient and the host was available if needed, but otherwise left us free to enjoy ourselves.

Ana was very accommodating! The place was very clean and close to the train station in case you planned on traveling to NYC. Overall great value

Perfect “Connecticut” destination for a restful, cosy & comfort “couple get-away” vacation in Middlebury, CT. Traci’s home located in walking distance to restaurants, coffee-shops and the Middlebury Greenway for a walking, biking & cross country skiing when it snows! Traci’s home has a private entrance to her “basement” with gorgeous window-views over looking Hope Brook river. My husband & I came up to visit my family at the annual Middlebury Christmas tree lighting. There was snow on ground, so we had a perfect “Connecticut Christmas”. Traci’s gracious hospitality, is the perfect “home away from” for a couple or single person to relax and escape the stresses of life.

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had a little trouble getting onto the WiFi initially but Tom got back to us pretty quickly to set us up. He was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the views from the house are beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the sunrises and the tides ebbing and flowing. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are plenty. Proximity to the beach and Silver Sands Park boardwalk couldn’t be any better. Overall a great stay.

Yasmina was such a great host! We stayed at the Airbnb for our wedding weekend. The house made the whole weekend a perfect one! Would absolutely recommend! Thank you again for all of your help Yasmina!

It’s almost hard to believe Lake Waccabuc is only 1 hr north of NYC! My family had a wonderful stay! It was not easy leaving. Thank you Patrick! Once you arrive here, you will NOT want to leave! A true gem. You will feel like you’re in Maine! The house is set in the woods surrounded by hemlocks and pine trees, with a perfect view of the lake! We saw bald eagles, swans, and blue herons. Loved the morning light and fog-listening to the songs of the birds and watching the sunset on the lake. Our family loved fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking! The house is set on 4 acres- a fun and safe area to cycle, and take long walks. Close to Ridgefield, CT, Katonah and Bedford -only 15 min away! Patrick always responded to my questions within minutes and Jay, the house manager went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect!!!! My boys already have asked if we can come back and rent again! 🙏

My family and I had a great stay at Philips! It was a very short walk to the beach and close to town! The space was very clean and my pup loved the fenced backyard. It had everything we needed for our family vacation.

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

Denise's place was perfect for us. 4 ladies stayed here to go to the soundside music festival and it was amazing. So close to the venue and relaxing in between festival-ing. Thanks, Denise.
