Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fairburn

A great location in Marietta, super close to the square and convenient to many other locations around us. Great back yard and a very comfortable place for my family and I, would definitely book again!

The house was described and the host was very responsive. The driveway is very steep, so bring a good transmission or park on the street if there is room. The host was very flexible with our schedule. The temperature is preset and only goes so low, but there are fans in each of the bedrooms and living room. Our kids enjoyed the game room.

We thought this cozy little house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend stay in Atlanta to visit our in-laws. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and walkable, and the backyard patio was great for sitting outside. The host was very responsive and helpful. The charming house and access to local restaurants and hiking trails was wonderful. We would definitely come back in the future if we return to Atlanta.

Michael and Kate’s place came in clutch! Our previous Air bnb had gotten cancelled last minute. We had 8 guests and I needed something fast. Michael and Kate’s place was exactly what we needed for our dance weekend!!

Overall, the apartment was perfect for me. The location is excellent and parking behind the building was always available. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all amenities necessary for cooking. My only complaint was that the noise from the upstairs tenants was obvious when they walked across the floor. It was only an issue over Thanksgiving weekend when they were up until past 3am, walking loudly through their apt. for four nights. I had to buy a noise machine to drown out footsteps the last nights of my stay. I am a light sleeper so perhaps it wouldn’t be an issue for others.

This space was great for our needs. Paola honored the description of the place. Overall nice experience. There was a slight malfunction with the dishwasher and Paola had this fixed right away. This was great for my business trip.

Great place with a lot of charm. Conveniently located near downtown and Ponce Market. Host was nice and flexible.

Perfect place to stay, especially if you want privacy and quiet. Anything you need is just a short drive away. David was very friendly when we bumped into him leaving the house. He was also proactive in sending directions ahead of time. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect home away from home. Angel was outstanding in her communication—she was flexible, available, and made us feel truly welcome. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Atlanta!

I booked last minute due to an urgent family medical issue. Menna was responsive and accomodating. The Airbnb is in a great location as it is walking distance to the hospital and there is near by grocery, CVS, food, and even Amazon locker. The Airbnb is small but just enough for what you need: sleeping, eating, sitting, bathroom. The building has large amentities and an attached coffee shop which makes the place seem more spacious. Everything was clean and orderly. There is some wear and tear on the walls. The bathroom towel rack was missing but there was a hook. There are a couple of ants if crumbs were on the counter, but it wasn't too much of issue after I cleaned the crumbs away. There was a false fire alarm, but that is understandable when you are staying at a large apartment complex. Otherwise it is quiet despite being on the main floor. The place was exactly what I needed for my situation. Meena was very helpful if I had any questions.

This is a spacious place, in a lovely and safe neighborhood with great proximity to many Atlanta sites. Phil was very responsive and helpful. The off-street parking was easy and convenient. The backyard very peaceful. Overall, a fantastic space to enjoy Atlanta!!

It was a great time staying at Kevin’s Airbnb! Clean, spacious and very cozy! Kevin is a responsive host and if anything came up he messaged back quickly! The location is great and downtown is very walkable! There is a large homeless population all over downtown Atlanta, and I still felt safe staying in this area. The building is well secured with concierge to help you get settled and explain the rules of the building! I would recommend staying at Kevin’s place during your stay in Atlanta for both work and play!

Sara’s place Exceeded our expectations, pictures don’t do it justice. She was a great host and provided all amenities you can think of also let us check in early which was a plus. Her place is walking distance to most attractions in downtown and getting in and out was a breeze. I would definitely consider staying in Sara’s place again without hesitation.

The place is nicely decorated and it is very comfortable for one person. The view is great. Unfortunately the balcony did not get direct sunlight; that may be different in summer. Anjel gave me suggestions for restaurants via AirBnB, but it would be nice to have an information sheet with suggestions where to eat and where to find groceries. The bed/sofa was not made, and I had to find the bed linen myself. Same for the shower gel/shampoo.

Very nostalgic made me feel like I was at my grandma’s place in New York but with Atl vibes. The retro chic aesthetics is very homey but still clean loved the location so much I’m obsessed with the views

Jaeda’s place was perfect we were able to walk to our venue and everything was as it was listed!

I went for a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center and Beth’s apartment was the perfect place. The location (~15 mins walking to GWCC), space, and price are very convenient. I would totally stay again. Also, the condo staff were super kind.

James was an incredible host. The outside is as described, but the inside was cozy. I literally had the best sleep according to my oura ring. It was quiet and in a great location. Our host, James, was a quick responder when we had questions and is a kind person overall. We recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for allowing us the privilege to stay here!
