Vacation rentals with lake access in Eyüpsultan

We spend a week at Cemil’s apartment and while exploring Istanbul, many times caught ourselves thinking how well we did picking this AirBnB. Apartment is perfectly situated about 10 minutes away from Isticklal Cd, which is a Fifth Ave of Istanbul. We were close to subway, trams, buses, location enabled easy travel to any part of this huge city. There are convenient grocery and beverage stores within 5 minute walk, great places for dinner and breakfast (we especially liked Galata Lily, Galatakos and Tavanarasi). Apartment itself is a great home base, 5 of us were very comfortable for the entire week, two bathrooms and all the amenities made the stay a great experience. You get a beautiful view of Bosporus and Golden Horn, all the sounds of the sea, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Beds and linen were comfortable and provided good rest, living room has plenty of space for breakfasts when we dined at home. I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Nice place

Great location with amazing views. Very responsive host. Lots of restaurants and transportation nearby. The location is at the top of the hill so be prepared if walking.

We had a very pleasant , complete place stay. The place is central transportation easy and the residence we stayed in was quite sufficient. We would also like to thank Mr. Şahin for his quick response and necessary information. A place to stay again.

Furkan had a lot of patience, we arrived at night and took longer than we told and waited for us. I help us change the euros for Turkish liras and recommended tourist places to visit. My reason for the trip was a surgery and he cared about my health, he even sent us gift desserts. We needed a bigger pan to cook and I immediately send a new one to the airbnb. We would choose it another ves without a doubt an even better host.

Our stay was great thanks to Özgür, one of the friendliest hosts I have ever seen. Always there to help 24/7. Very greatful to him
