The house is a place that meets your needs and has everything you want in the neighborhood. It is close to transportation and has grocery stores and restaurants. The house was extremely clean. Thank you to Ms. Emine for her kind communication.

The apartment was exactly what I expected, in fact it surprised me in a positive way, the location, the view and the terrace are its strong point. Ozan was very kind, a real landlord , he helped me from start to finish and beyond. Thank you very much. What can I say, if you are looking for a beautiful and modern apartment with all the comforts and with a beautiful view this is for you.

5-10 minutes walk from Sofia mosque w attraction, the surrounding Grand Bazaar, pier are all within walking distance.The owner runs a restaurant service himself is nice, the stairs are a little narrow, everything else is satisfactory

Abdelrahman is a very decent & nice host, he waited for us till we arrived at night, he showed us the house inside and explained where is everything . I would definitely recommend dealing with him and he was very flexible in communication.

Kadir's apartment is the perfect place to stay in Instabul. It feels like home since the very first moment, the place is spotless and very well organised. We loved Balat neighbourhood that is very original with cute little shops and very close to the bus /tram stops. However the most important to be noted is our host , Kadir, who made every possible effort to make our stay unique. Since we arrived by car, he assisted in finding a parking just 2min from the apartment and made all the communication for us. He is the greatest host i have ever met in this community and i would definitely reccomend staying in his place if you wish to enjoy a personalised approach. We would definitely return to instabul and choose this place again.

Özay is a really good host to reply instantly. And he is really considerate for the information I needed. And the house was very clean with the beautiful view nearby and very quiet as well. It is recommended to anyone except who have a heavy luggage, as it will be hard to pull it up and down while walking to find the place. All in all, thanks Özay.

The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos, the interior was spotless. The location is also very central. There are bus stops right on the street, you can easily access anywhere you want. & Thank you for everything

It was just perfect all around! The location is brilliant as you have excellent public transport connections and can even walk to the main attractions. The apartment itself is an absolute dream! The character of the apartment does not fully reflect in the photos – in reality it is a true work of art. Savaş Bey was always available, incredibly helpful, accommodating and very polite. All in all a fantastic stay – I highly recommend!
