Nice room, all the appliances were in working order, except for the hood in the toilet (or we did not understand how to turn it on :) ). It was quiet and calm at night, it was important for us to get a good night's sleep. There were no problems with the check-in, thanks to the owner for the cleanliness of the room before our arrival. The location is convenient, many attractions, the ferry, the metro and the tram are within walking distance. I recommend, thank you

This was a perfect place to stay in the heart of Istanbul with views of the Galata Tower from the balcony. Murat is a great host and explained everything when we checked in. The area is lively but the bedroom faces the other side, so we slept well. The place was also very clean and we felt safe and right at home.

The Airbnb was a great place to stay and the location was perfect. Very walkable to get around and have everything you need in a comfortable distance. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. He was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions, requests, or concerns. I would highly recommend!

I recently travelled to Istanbul with my family and it was an excellent choice! The location was extremely convenient, just 200 meters from the Galata Tower, and very close to a metro station. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets around, making it easy to explore and find anything we needed. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. One night there was no hot water but it was resolved quickly the next morning after communication with the owner of the appartment. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. On our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at a nearby hotel they owned, which was very convenient for us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. A fantastic place in a fantastic location!

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

I want to share my review of this accommodation. Everything was amazing. Quiet area from which you can quickly get to all the interesting places and noisy areas. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. Clean linen, all necessary dishes, comfortable furniture, a pleasant view of the courtyard and the cats that live there. The owner of the apartment is wonderful. Always responded quickly and helped if needed. Communication was very pleasant and I was very pleased. Thank you very much for such a wonderful accommodation! I would give it 6 stars if it were possible. 6/5!

Secure place good location and an understanding host

J is the best host I have ever visited.

Great host, polite and gentleman. The place of the house is very nice, the house is very nice but it can be a bit of a problem for those who have a car. There are parking lots nearby, but you can also park on the road, but it's really hard to find a spot. The neighbors were also understanding people. They helped us. The house has everything we need inside and there are also grocery stores and places to eat and drink nearby. My next plan is where I want to go again.

There were no small towels for drying hair and hand, and only 2 bath towels were not provided in the bathroom Since there is no shower tray in the bathroom, it floods the bathroom I had problems with the access card, it was not working on the first day to go upstairs, but they forwarded it to the management, it was resolved on Monday morning, it was activated

Okan was a nice host to deal with. My original booking period got interrupted as someone booked his upper (with a view) apartment and Okan was initiative in offering me his first level apartment until the other one evacuates. I was in touch with him after checking and he was available, cooperative, and proactive

We were guests in this exceptional apartment for a week and felt very, very comfortable there. The location is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the Galata Tower and offers fantastic views of the city, both during the day and at night. A big thank you to Neriman for the taxi arrangements for our arrival and departure, as well as the restaurant tips! Important to know: the apartment is on the 5th floor of a historic house. There is no elevator there, which was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Very large, very central and very comfortable apartment💛We enjoyed staying here very much. 2 minutes from the bus stop, 5 minutes from Istiklal Street. A lively area with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on a very quiet street for sleeping. It's a gem to be in such a central and quiet place⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, had everything we need for a stay with a toddler, and the location was very convenient. Great restaurants nearby as well as public transportation. The host was very responsive and friendly which made our lives much easier!

Everything was fine, a place I would prefer when we came back, just because there was no glass in the house, my request for glasses did not come true, and I did not encounter any problems other than that.

Overall, it was a beautiful stay. The place has a lot to offer. You don’t even need to get out. It has a great view of the Bosporus. Highly recommended. Only one note… The first floor balcony is a common area. The whole building can use this space. If you are very private, you might need to consider this fact about the apartment.
