Beachfront vacation rentals in Excelsior

Allison's place is magical! We stayed for a couple of months just after moving to Minneapolis, during our housing search. Her space is quaint and cozy, exactly like the pictures, and the building is true to its original character in its decor as well. Allison was a fabulous host -- she stocked the apartment well with fruit, coffee, and snacks for our arrival, and in general, we felt we always had what we needed during our stay -- a variety of cookware, cleaning supplies, additional linens, etc. We had no issues at all except for a minor plumbing one, and Allison had it resolved within a couple of hours. We loved the location - it is across the street from a beach, which seemed like a well-used, vibrant community spot. We spent time on the beach while it was swimming weather, and walked along the paths around it almost every day with our dogs. It was especially picturesque as the trees changed color and weather cooled. We loved our stay here and would gladly stay again!

I stayed at the Kestrel cabin with my 2 boys and their father, the space was quite cozy for the 4 of us, but we didnt feel too crammed. Everything was very clean and felt updated - the cabin was a bit tricky to find but Leisa answered my call quickly and gave clear directions how to find. The lake is right by the cabin and was so beautiful when the sun was out! We could hear lots of birds, some traffic sounds as well but it wasnt bothersome. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Martha’s home is incredible. It’s steeped in love and intentionality. We stayed here with 6 adults and a toddler and it was the perfect space to get away. Martha was highly proactive and hospitable with her recommendations and hosting – we’re already thinking of when we can come back!

Can’t recommend this cabin highly enough. The location is totally calm, quiet, and peaceful while being only five minutes away from great shopping and the interstate highway. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed, and in great shape — even better than the photos. And our hosts were very friendly and welcoming — very responsive to our questions and even left a loaf of homemade banana bread on the kitchen counter for us when we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time and will be back!

A nice house on the lake, master bedroom is upstairs and the second living room with an extra bed is a basement room. Really loved the blankets and lake decor. A cozy place!

Our time at Rachel and Jacob’s cabin was as advertised…a comfortable cabin with clean rooms, all listed amenities and a quiet location for our time in MN. The frozen lake complete with fish houses and other winter activities was enjoyable to watch and we hope to return to participate in the summer offerings sometime in the future. J&J

Chris’ place was just as described. Beautiful views, clean, and sharp kitchen knives were a lovely bonus! Like some others have said I would prefer blinds or curtains in the front living room for a bit of added privacy.

Debbie was super helpful and kind, offering for us to ask if there was anything she could help with! It was a wonderful place to enjoy nature, and there were awesome natural areas to explore nearby as well. We might have to come back when it's warmer out,though, because the cold outdoor temperatures made it hard to fully enjoy the natural surroundings! Loved our stay! 😊

Had a nice time. Wish we had more time to explore. We were there for work reasons so left before 6am and came home after 9pm. Seemed like a nice place to stay and chill. The shops were only a few mins down the road which was nice.

We enjoyed a quiet stay over the holidays while visiting family in East Bethel. The loft was a very comfortable space for two of us and we enjoyed ice skating on the lake. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the fireplace was a nice cozy amenity.

Amanda's place was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy some quiet time before the holidays. In addition to the amenities listed, we also enjoyed a couple beautiful sunrises over the lake and its proximity to local restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect cabin for a couples getaway. There is a beautiful view of the lake and the cabin was recently remodeled, so everything feels brand new. It was spotless. Close to the cute town of Annandale with a brewery, little shops, and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to return, thanks for having us!

What a wonderful stay! Our family of 4, plus grandpa stayed to sightsee in MPLS and Miki's beautiful home had us feeling like we were cabining by the lake, yet a quick drive to all the sights! Plus, Miki has a way of welcoming you, making for a perfect host. We hope to go back every summer, it's a special place.

was going to renn fair in shakopee as our group had done the year before, had difficulties with previous airbnb and greatly appreciated the upgrade this time around. place was spacious, enough room for everyone, and located in easy to find but nice neighborhood. would reccomend to anyone.

Jackson and Shelly' s Air BB was outstanding. They we very friendly and proactive hosts. We will definitely stay there again next year!

Jeanne’s place on the lake was perfect for our weekend in Excelsior. We had ample space, comfy beds, stocked mini fridge, privacy, and beautiful views of and easy access to the lake. We were a quick drive into the adorable town of Excelsior and an easy drive into the city for dinner. Communication was great with a smooth check in and friendly hosts. All in all a great experience.
