Fabulous views and very comfortable accommodation. Flexible check in was much appreciated as were the recommendations for places to eat. We walked down to St Kilda and had a gorgeous morning at the cafe by the pool and then walked along the beach - nothing better than Dunedin on a fine sunny day!

Beautiful villa in excellent position with fabulous views. Beds very comfy with quality linen and decent towels. Gorgeous garden with some blooms. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. The home is warm, super clean, and the host generously provided thoughtful items like fresh coffee, milk and pantry basics. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and it's a great location in Dunedin. Would stay again and can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. The place is very spacious and has a great old world feeling with high ceilings and ornate plaster. The property is much better than it looks in the photos. The kitchen was very clean and well appointed with everything you need and is very light and airy in the morning. There is a very nice beach not far away. We loved sitting on the back deck for breakfast and enjoying the beautiful peaceful garden. This property is a real gem and will not disappoint.

Our second time staying here and just as wonderful. The view can’t be experienced from the photos, it is so fantastic. The kitchen had great sharp knives which is hard to come by in an Airbnb so a great place to cook a meal and soak in your surroundings. Close by to the karitane general store for supplies but a quick drive into port Chalmers or even Dunedin for more day trips or meals out. We’ll be back again!

Although the weather wasn't great, we had a great stay. Whenever there was break in the weather we went to the beach which is just a two minute walk. Our dog loved roaming around the property and it was easy to keep an eye on him. Will definitely stay again, hopefully when the weather is a bit better!

We’ve stayed in heaps of houses in Dunedin over the last ten years and this may be our new favourite! Amazing location, clean, tidy and loved the board games they left! Thanks team, we’ll be back xx
