Jenni & Tim were lovely hosts! We even got to meet little sushi who loved a pat. The cottage was clean and comfortable. A lovely gift from Jenni was left for us which was very appreciated . The region is amazing with so much to see, I’d highly recommend exploring Gulgong if you have kids. Wine, Food, cafes and customer service was incredible all round. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was perfect for our family get-together for a weekend in Mudgee. The cottage is clean and well equipped. The living area and the main bedroom have air conditioning and the other bedrooms very well working fans, which was important on a weekend with temperatures in the high thirties. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Our little one loved collecting eggs and wandering through the garden (and the sculpture garden too). It was close to town but still felt secluded. The studio is bigger than i expected, with a door separating bedroom and living room (so the baby could be in a different room which was amazing). The main house was just next door which would be a great opportunity for larger groups to join.

Great place for a peaceful getaway, has an off-grid feel while still providing the all the comforts we needed. Its just you, the vast countryside, with cows, roos and the occasional deer roaming about. There are hiking trails within the property with amazing views. The living area has AC, and we found that placing one of the fans in the hallway helped direct the cool air toward the bedroom.

Pieter’s studio was among our top 3 Airbnb experiences. The location is incredible! With 360o views, you will be surrounded by vineyards, wildlife (including kangaroos) and nobody else! The studio is modern and cozy. It has everything you need to enjoy nature while being a very short drive to the town centre and to amazing wineries. Highly recommend, my wife, son and I had the best time!

Janet was a perfect host. Bed linen and towels were lovely. The house is beautifully rustic, filled with character and charm. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and is in an idyllic setting.

After a hectic Christmas this was the perfect getaway location for our small family and exactly what we were looking for. Private, peaceful, and left to our own devices to explore the farm or jump into nearby Mudgee. Pick some eggs, say hello to the cows, or just blow bubbles in the wind - our 4 year old enjoyed it as much as we did. Hit the spot for what we needed and matched what we read on the description. Would recommend.

What an amazing place to stay! Anna and Norbert were amazing hosts as well! We notified Anna of our ETA and Norbert was waiting for us as the door. The house was clean and well prepared. You could tell that the hosts have given a lot of thought into it to make the guests as comfortable and convenient as possible. Norbert was a terrific tour guide of their farm. Our kids had a great time feeding the farm animals and we adults had an insightful conversation of the farm and their produce. I would highly recommend getting some of our olive oils before you leave, it is amazing with salad and bread or stir fry cooking with it. Must must try! It was great to huddle around the outdoor open fire after dinner and spend the night over a bottle of their wine and enjoy the sound of the crackling fire. Wonderful place, terrific hosts, beautiful region, what more could you ask for?

2nd time staying and won’t be the last! Our family loves the time away at this beautiful property and its surroundings to relax and recharge for a new year ahead. It has everything you need to lock yourselves away from the rest of the world for days at a time. The boys loved the pool, the dog loved running around, hubby loved the space and I loved breathing in the smell of the thunderstorm while reading on the wrap around porch. Never long enough. See you again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Nicole’s place with our baby grandson while our daughter attended a retreat close by.…so wonderful we stayed an extra night! Hi-lites were the lil’ potbelly in the cottage that kept us cosy the entire time and the friendly cow visiting literally just outside our back door. Nicole is a very generous host with nice complimentary touches like a bottle of local wine, brekky cereals & hot chocolate… We are definitely planning to stay again and will bring extended family to join us in Nicole’s other beautiful accommodation on the property that we had a sneak peak of 🧡

Honestly the most beautiful place we have ever stayed!! Highly recommend staying here. It’s private and super close to Mudgee and the winery’s. The whole experience was amazing! We would definitely come and stay here again

We stayed at Tamara’s property and had a wonderful time. Location is private and quiet but close enough to drive to town if need be. House was very clean and aesthetically beautiful, and all the amenities worked well. Absolutely would spend time there again!

Katherine and Saxon have a beautiful property, I am very thankful they let us stay. I would strongly recommend their property for anyone wanting a quiet retreat for a few days. They were excellent hosts, providing a clean property and providing a lengthy list of recommendations for activities in and around Mudgee!

Orana Grove in Mudgee is a serene escape with breathtaking views, cozy accommodations, and exceptional hospitality. Perfect for a relaxing getaway amidst nature! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in 2024 Christmas break with family. Would definitely visit back and highly recommend. Rika

Sally, Mark and their family were very welcoming. Our stay was very peaceful and kids loved the place specially the farm tour by Mark. Also loved the passion Mark has for cricket! We recommend their place to anyone wanting to disconnect and have a farm experience.

We stayed in The Cotrage, and we were two adults, two kids and a small dog. The place was just beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous surroundings, with beautiful fields and trees and flowers around. The short walk up the hill to the firepit was a wonderful way to start the day with our dog. We were fortunate enough to meet Melissa and she was super friendly. We also got to know her dogs who are all just lovely! The kids got to feed the two horses each morning with a carrot or two as well. Very near the lovely town centre of Mudgee (like a 5 min drive) with its great cafes and shops and all amenities. Great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a short but sweet stay in this lovely little cottage. Peaceful, cozy, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. We enjoyed an afternoon on the porch watching the many different birds bop around while the cows wandered across the hillside. Would not hesitate to stay again. Words can’t describe how incredible YEATES Estate is! We stayed in the loft & every detail was thought of, down to the luxurious bathroom amenities, comfortable lounge area & private veranda that overlooks the property. The YEATES family are extremely helpful & we were very lucky to be the only guests staying at the property this weekend, which is very unusual.! The weather was incredible & the complimentary wine tasting on arrival was welcome after our drive from Sydney. We will definitely be back.

We had half an idea about how beautiful Warramba was from photos we’d seen, but were unprepared for how enchanting it was in person. The sum of all the little details made for such a magical stay. Butterflies on the ariostimon, swallows and butcher birds nesting, a loveliness of lady birds resting in the lavender, blue banded bees floating through the garden and squeals of delight from the little people enjoying the pool on hot days, fun on the swing while mum and dad bbq’d, space to run and their first campfire marshmallows. We spent the evenings watching the moon rise from the top of the hill, while the cows munched happily around us, before soaking in bubbly baths and snuggling up in soft comfy bedding. Such a restorative and special place. Thank you so much for having us.

Our stay at Skimstone Winery was amazing. Rebecca and her husband were delightful hosts and the accommodation they have on the vineyard is just beautiful. We enjoyed a tasting at the winery itself (which was fabulous!), and also explored the beautiful vineyards and walked along beautiful river that runs along the rear of the property. The home itself was beautiful- highly recommend!
