We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse! Though it is small, it was absolutely perfect for us, especially since the main house was unoccupied, allowing us to enjoy the winter garden for a few days. The private access to the sea felt like pure luxury, and we truly savored it. Since we visited during the off-season, only one restaurant was open daily, but it was easy to reach the next town with an e-bike or a pleasant walk, where there were more dining options available. Overall, we will fondly remember our time there and already miss the many adorable cats!

The best host and best place we ever stayed! The hospitality is great from start to end - we were warmly welcomed by both Maria and her son and showed around. The studio has everything you need to be comfortable. We stayed one month as a couple and it was perfect. The Internet works well and fast. The aircon is fantastic. The water pressure in the shower good and hot water also great. The kitchen was well equipped with what you need to cook. The studio is super clean and easy to maintain. We loved the little outdoor space where we can sit and hear the birds. Eat lunch outside. And see some cute cats. It’s peaceful, safe, clean. We had an emergency during our stay and Maria and her son were very kind to bring my wife to the hospital and help her with anything she needed. We will always be very grateful for their kindness and compassion. Best host you could have - don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay by the Athenian Riviera.

I enjoyed the location a lot. It is located perfectly. You can reach the harbor, several restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and everything you need by few minutes walking. We had the most amazing stay with Tony and Giota. The place is a tranquil paradise and even though the photos are beautiful I felt it completely exceeded my expectations. The hosts are genuinely lovely people who couldn’t do enough to enhance our stay. The kids loved the movie night and apple cake made by Giota’s Mum was delicious. So many little extras which made the stay truly special and we would love to return for even longer next time.

My children and I had a really wonderful week at Lyam's beautiful accommodation. It is not often that somewhere not only meets, but exceeds, your expectations. My son summed it up when he said 'this is the most beautiful place that you have ever taken us'! The views were stunning, super relaxed and everything that you need. Jason the property manager was brilliant, endlessly helpful, kind and gave great recommendations on beaches and restaurants. A beautiful place on a wonderful island - thank you so much Lyam!

The immediate area was not as full of historical sites as some Mainland areas but very short drives in all directions took us to lovely beaches and beach front pitstops . The proximity to Athens and all that has to offer, Poseidon’s temple, natural beauty, beaches, island hopping, thermal springs and an absolutely lovely atmosphere along the coast made it a great, great place to stop for a few days . We loved Stavros and were sad we didn’t have longer with him! His home was great but we had full privacy and all his eating recommendations were spot on as well!
