Vacation rentals with a patio in Estill Springs

We plan on renting all the rooms out for our wedding party to stay! Definitely a nice place with an overview of down town!

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Beyond perfect home! So many comfortable beds & bathrooms! Perfect for our large group. We so appreciated the spaciousness of each area from the bedrooms & bathrooms to the bonus spaces. And the game room was so much fun, ping pong, PacMan & more. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Even has an extra fridge downstairs. Jake & Justin at Freedom Properties Management are the best ever to work with. Very quick to respond & address any concern or questions & are sincerely interested in helping you enjoy your stay.

Perfect place to stay for a show at the Caverns! Easy walk to the venue. Very clean.

Overall we had a great stay! The studio was exactly as it was shown on the photos. Comfortable king bed. Spotlessly clean! Located very close to Monteagle and Tracy City main areas. 15 min to The Caverns and Sewanee. My only complaint if I had one would be that the walls were paper thin, so we could hear everything going on with our neighbors.

We loved our stay at this Air BnB! We had a large group of about 26 people and we split up between the 2 homes on this property. We go on a large group trip 2 times a year, and out of the 8-10 Air BnBs we have stayed in over the years, this was by far our favorite! The view is stunning, the amenities are great (kayaks, paddle boards, HUGE hot tub, game room, fire pits, lake/dock access) and it comfortably fit everyone with room to spare. We are already talking about booking again this summer, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and fun stay. It’s a 9 minute drive to Walmart, but is remote enough to feel secluded and enjoy the quiet. If you have a large group, this home truly has it all!

We were visiting The Caverns for a concert and found Robert’s place along the way. From the first message to the last was prompt and helpful. Not being from the area, I had lots of questions- Robert answered them all. The apartment style room was everything described-spacious, cozy, and warm ( 23d outside temp during our stay) We had everything we needed. Short walk to the Caverns was very convenient. Will definitely will be back!

Another great stay at this beautiful property. This is our 3rd stay and we love it. Very peaceful for a good night sleep. Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need. We would recommend this place for anyone and will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids never got bored for a second because of all the activities and games provided so we were really able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would love to go back there again. Truly was a relaxing retreat at Waters Edge..

Strangest stay ever the hot water heater blew and I had to leave to get a hotel. But host responded and money was reimbursed right away. So overall great service but did not get to stay. But everyone was great so thanks.

We visit the area often and Matt's place was by far our favorite. It truly feels like a home and has everything you need to make for a comfortable visit. We look forward to staying here again soon!

We wanted a little weekend get away and this was the perfect place! very quiet and peaceful! The amenities were perfect, firepit, grill and hot tub were exactly what we needed! A very short 5 mile drive to downtown Tullahoma for eating, shopping etc.

I’ve stayed at a few rentals in Sewanee and this was by far my favorite. It’s fresh, new, clean and charming. The entire place was stocked just right, and it was easy to get every where we needed to go. It felt like home, and I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. We loved it!

Our family loved staying here! We had everything needed, and we will definitely be booking again on our next trip to visit our family in Fayetteville! Shea was very friendly and responsive, and the home was so cozy and unique, we just loved it.
