Vacation rentals with a patio in Estill Springs

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Another wonderful stay we have been staying here the past month for family medical. They have been great always been wonderful the cleaning lady is very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay. For anyone new to the area there so much to do. Rock City, Ruby Falls etc.

Beyond perfect home! So many comfortable beds & bathrooms! Perfect for our large group. We so appreciated the spaciousness of each area from the bedrooms & bathrooms to the bonus spaces. And the game room was so much fun, ping pong, PacMan & more. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Even has an extra fridge downstairs. Jake & Justin at Freedom Properties Management are the best ever to work with. Very quick to respond & address any concern or questions & are sincerely interested in helping you enjoy your stay.

Perfect place to stay for a show at the Caverns! Easy walk to the venue. Very clean.

I booked this spot for a three day festival at The Caverns. There were two of us and it was the perfect size! The pictures are accurate, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the bathroom was big enough for us to get ready at the same time. Plenty of hot water too. Our host recommended a shuttle for The Caverns (shout-out to IG @shuttlesheila) and it was a wonderful decision. The room is secluded, private, quiet, and only a 10 minute drive to town. It's next door to South Cumberland State Park and a very short drive to Lord of accessible hiking trails! I've stayed several places around The Caverns for concerts and festivals. This will be the place I try to come back to from now on.

We loved our stay at this Air BnB! We had a large group of about 26 people and we split up between the 2 homes on this property. We go on a large group trip 2 times a year, and out of the 8-10 Air BnBs we have stayed in over the years, this was by far our favorite! The view is stunning, the amenities are great (kayaks, paddle boards, HUGE hot tub, game room, fire pits, lake/dock access) and it comfortably fit everyone with room to spare. We are already talking about booking again this summer, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and fun stay. It’s a 9 minute drive to Walmart, but is remote enough to feel secluded and enjoy the quiet. If you have a large group, this home truly has it all!

This is our second time staying here and it was exactly what we needed! This house is extremely clean and stocked with essentials. You won’t hear a thing as it’s so peaceful to sleep. The layout of the house is another factor in why we book here because the laundry is away from the bedrooms so I can put a load in once the kids go to bed. (Detergent is provided!) There is an additional living room away from the bedrooms as well to watch TV. We typically can’t watch TV when the kids go to sleep at other places due to noise but this house it’s possible! We had a family game night with the games provided. We love this house!

Great place to stay! Very quiet and walkable area. Clean house and very accommodating with everything!

Strangest stay ever the hot water heater blew and I had to leave to get a hotel. But host responded and money was reimbursed right away. So overall great service but did not get to stay. But everyone was great so thanks.

We were very pleased with everything that we experienced. The place was clean spacious and beautiful. Big TVs in every room with ample channels. We watched several movies. We highly recommend the place.

I’ve stayed at a few rentals in Sewanee and this was by far my favorite. It’s fresh, new, clean and charming. The entire place was stocked just right, and it was easy to get every where we needed to go. It felt like home, and I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. We loved it!

Our family loved staying here! We had everything needed, and we will definitely be booking again on our next trip to visit our family in Fayetteville! Shea was very friendly and responsive, and the home was so cozy and unique, we just loved it.
