Vacation rentals in Esquimalt Lagoon

Our family of 4 were here for Christmas and stayed for 2 nights. We had windy, stormy, rainy, and some clear sky days yet we had great time walking on the property, saw deer, watching geese, singing around fire pit. We were allowed to check in early and we got the warmest welcome. The beds are so comfortable which is the most important feature we need. Every single room got fresh flowers. They have a very special shower. Tanya and Terry are available all the time which is really not necessary. They are helpful yet respect our privacy. They are the best hosts we have ever met. P.S. I left my camp light there and Terry even drove to town and delivered it to us.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at in my lifetime. I’ve never had a more restful and serene holiday waking up to glorious views in beautiful vintage bedding. The decorating was so quaint and warm and the thoughtful amenities were special. The owner was kind and beautiful also. Love this place 💙.

Gail's House is a beloved family getaway filled with quirky and interesting marine and nautical pictures and gadgets so lovingly collected. It's very comfortable and right on the dock and the views are amazing. Lucky for us, we were there in prawn season and our hosts gave us the best prawns we have ever had, fresh from the water. I want to return.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

I'd stayed here before, so I already knew the cottage and the ocean access trails were extra special 😍 But driving down that leafy lane dappled with shimmery balls, and finding an Xmas tree decorated with hand crocheted snowflakes, took the experience to a whole other level of "magical"! Cozy, warm, quiet and peaceful - exactly what I needed for a restorative escape.

I had an amazing stay at Deb’s place! The location was perfect, the home was spotlessly clean, and Deb went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities were as described, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful place to stay! Entire bottom floor of a gorgeous 3 story house overlooking the bay. Not difficult to find and peaceful surroundings. Dm is a lovely host with lots of ideas and suggestions. Things to note: Hot tub hours are limited - our window was 6-10pm, for example. Using washer, dryer, firewood, and kayak cost extra so bring a little cash. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
