"I recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The place was super clean and tidy, and the view was very good. The location is just upstairs from a mall, and there is a playground for kids, as well as many good Turkish restaurants and shops nearby. The heating was very good, and there were toiletries and hot water available. Highly recommend!"

My stay was great. I had a great view, the aircon worked like a charm, and going in and outside the gated community was quick and easy. Dont leave the windows open at sundown, because then musquito's will come into your room. Use the aircon instead at those hours. The host left water at arrival, which is always a nice gesture, and when I did have a problem, she was quick to respond.

I stayed here for the fair I attended about my work and I really loved it. I used the transfer services when I came home from the airport and it was really useful in terms of time. The house was clean and tidy. The coffee maker was a nice detail. It is located in a very central place, transportation was very easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming with everything. It was definitely a place I would want to stay again. Would recommend

This is the second time we're staying with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. There is a large 3M Migros supermarket within walking distance. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment

Was the best place and was clean

For the price, the house was very high quality, very modern and comfortable, clean. It was only far in terms of location, there is a bus station nearby, but it was very nice other than that

We stayed at Suleyman's place for three nights during our trip around Turkey. It's a big flat (two bedrooms), prepared for rental. It was probably rented for longer terms in the past, as some minor things (in the kitchen) need maintenance. Also if you are 4 people the last person must sleep on an unfoldable sofa, despite the fact there are two bedrooms. But overall, it's a great place to stay in Istanbul. Suleyman provides a safe parking place for a car. Commuting to the old city center is quite convenient (30 minutes to Galata by bus from a stop around a corner or... a metro within a 10-minute walk + tram to the Blue Mosque). Good internet and AC will make your stay comfy. Suleyman is very helpful as well. I recommend a place.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

The apartment was very clean and tidy before we arrived. The host met us outside and took us to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know, what level the gym was on etc. The apartment has many shops below it and around it within a 10 minute walk there’s loads of food places and supermarkets.
