This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as perfect as the first! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The host, Mr. Sedat, was extremely responsive and always ensured I had everything I needed. The location is great, and the overall experience was flawless. I stayed for a month here, I can say that Elena is a great host as she is proactive and very responsive to my enquiry. She actively helped me when there were issues with the neighbourhood, internet and other stuff. This apartment is located in good location as wonderful restaurants, a bakery, grocery store and parks around the corner. >The park is 2 mins walking distance and you can pet as many cats and dogs there. I enjoyed barbeque sessions there too! >I recommend visiting the bakery next to File as they always sell freshly made bread and cakes. >If you walk along the park on the left side, you will reach to metrobus that lead you straight away to center of Istanbul. So convenient! > You can reach Torium Mall and Marmara Park with 30 mins walk. If you dont mind about the view, I think this place is one of the best you can get for price value. I am satisfied with my stay here.

Mr. Ayman is very friendly and a problem-solving person helped us with everything, the house was a nice and pleasant environment

This two floor apartment was perfect in terms of accessibility, space, cleanliness, and air conditioning was perfect. Ayman was very easy to reach and he was very helpful.

The place is at a good spot in Beylikduzu near a main rotary making it easy to get transportation & get around. There is a grocery store right nearby, a small convinced store, and restaurant & cafe. The front desk staff handling check-in and any issues with the apartments are all great. Especially Mohammed is very attentive and friendly with quests.

We were very pleased. Before we checked in, everything was thought out down to the last detail. Detailed information was provided with no questions until video directions. The most happy thing when we checked into the apartment, which was no different from the photos, was its cleanliness. Everything was very new and really spotless. A place to rest your head away from all the noise. Thank you

There were grocery stores, restaurants, fuel station in a good central location. Having a parking garage is a nice thing and security was needed in an area like Esenyurt. There were towels, but there were missing kitchen supplies, I think things like a dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, shampoo, at least for disposable. We didn't have time to buy these kinds of things, so it wasn't very convenient.

It was very convenient and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Mohammad was very kind and helpful and he would be there for you if you needed any thing.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
