The place is very spacious, perfect for a large group. It is almost like renting a small motel with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Professional kitchen with fast heating oven and quick dish washing machine helps also preparing food for large group of people. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Sabrina's house is located at a newly develop area, fully equipped to meet my needs, house is new and clean, easy to communicate during our stay. Quite convenient to travel to if you rent a car or have your own vehicle, you can find Aldi and other groceries near the house with a few minutes driving. Sabrina is nice and easy to communicate, I was satisfy with my stay.

Very pleasant was the wood stove already burning on arrival in the living room and the warm welcome of the hostess with lots of useful information. The living and dining area is very spacious and yet cozily equipped. The bathrooms are modern and the individual bedrooms are nicely decorated. From the beginning a successful weekend, highly recommend it.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

We had a wonderful few days in this warm and cozy vacation home. We felt very much at home there, the Christmas tree added to the warm atmosphere. The house is spacious and that is very comfortable. The large garden around the house is also very pleasant and ensures a feeling of privacy. The house is a good starting point for various activities in the area. There are supermarkets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity. The managers respond quickly, kindly and accurately to questions. We'll be happy to return here.

Place was very nice and large. There was everything we needed. The garden is also large and offers many seating and lounging options. Sabine is very friendly! She personally welcomed us and showed and explained everything in the house. We could always ask you if anything came up and she was very quick to reach. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a great weekend in Leykaul with our group of friends, including families with children. Beautiful, spacious house, full of comforts and in a beautiful place.

We spent three days in the Bockhof with thirteen adults and a dog. The house is very elegant and tastefully decorated – not kitschy details, but an interior that is really great. All bathrooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern sanitary facilities. On the first day it was a bit chilly in the bedrooms, but the heat worked flawlessly, so on the second day there was a pleasant temperature throughout the house. The fireplace in the living room requires a little habituation: on the first day it didn't seem to pull properly, but with a strong fire it worked great afterwards. Kitchen is conveniently organized. The dining area is also very stylish, but a little small for 13 people. Nevertheless, we were able to easily host a festive evening for my husband's birthday. There are plenty of dishes that look modern and high quality – perfect for a special occasion.

The house was in a great location. Within walking distance of the village. Ideal for a large group. Plenty of beds. 3 kitchens and a large living room and dining room. Large garden ideal for families. The hostess Elodie was excellent! She responds right away and is super friendly and flexible!

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

We had a beautiful time with our large family of 8 adults + 5 children. We did bring our own baby cots because they are not available. The rooms are big enough and there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen and dining space are also large enough. The house is located on a quite busy street but there are a lot of quiet and beautiful village streets nearby for long walks. There are plenty of games in the house and there is a fantastic garden! The kitchen may be a bit on the small side for a large group and the microwave/oven combi is not so easy to use for oven dishes. But those are very small points, in general we are very satisfied. Just look up when an additional tourist tax was requested via SMS after the payment/completion of the booking via Airbnb. It's more correct to list this right away, it was almost 100€ for a weekend anyway. In itself also no tripping point, we look back on a beautiful holiday.

Going back to this house feels like coming home. The house is very comfortable, cozy and spacious. Our favorite elements are the big pool and sauna, the peaceful and private surroundings, and the light living room. Would definitely recommend! We're already booking for next year.
