We booked Kai's house for our hackathon and it was the perfect choice! The property offers an ideal combination of private retreats and spacious common areas. Each of us had our own room, which was very pleasant for focused work. At the same time, the common spaces provided plenty of space for productive collaboration and teamwork. The location on Lake Hainer was fantastic – quiet and inspiring, which was a perfect fit for our project. The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired, and everything was spotlessly clean. Kai was a great host: friendly, straightforward and quick to reach. We can fully recommend Kai's house, especially for groups looking for a productive environment – whether for work or leisure.

Pavel's cottage offers good amenities for a pleasant stay with family and/or friends (we were 3 friends + a dog). The indoor pool on the ground floor, the sauna, the pool table in the living area on the 1st floor and the fireplace contribute to a comfortable atmosphere (bedroom on the 2nd floor). The kitchen equipment, as well as washing machine, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, etc., was available. You had all the ones you'll need. Everything was well maintained, and we had a pleasant stay (normal traces of use). Contact with Pavel was straightforward – he was helpful and accommodating. The exchange was via his smartphone (translator), which worked smoothly. Pavel lives on the same property in a separate house (full privacy). Only note: The address listed after the booking of AirBnB does not match the correct one that Pavel has specified under “About this listing” (which is correct in the listing description).

Beautiful spacious place, like in a castle. :) Great communication with the host.

A beautiful, quaint, cozy house. Plenty of space for nice evenings and a very well equipped kitchen. Very nice communicative landlords. Very nice area for many great excursions. Good restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Turmeck) for other restaurants and any kind of shopping including baker (except the machine opposite the house) you have to go down into town. This can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus or car. Of course, this is also possible on foot, the historic elevator is also mentioned here, but to get rolls, the path is a bit too far. However, since the kitchen has a very large oven, breakfast was also saved with baked rolls. In summary, we can 100% recommend the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Vit's house. It is very well equipped and comfortable. Vit was very responsive - would recommend ☺️
