Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Errol

This home was exactly what we were looking for! The host was amazing! Very prompt at returning messages, instructions were simple yet thorough, would highly recommend!!

Our stay was for business purposes, so we didn't get to explore all that area has to offer. However, the 4-week stay was fantastic. We did visit Sunday River and Mt Washington area which are beautiful. Joao's home was perfect for rest and relaxation. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. It was especial nice to have the snow cleared very quickly so I could leave every morning at 5:00 AM. Joao was a great host with everything we asked or needed. Thanks The Fritz Family

We loved this place. First, Ken was quick to respond, zero issues at all. House is very nice. I like how Ken spelled out the rules and also had a bimder inside in case you had questions. My group loved the place and we plan to book again! Second, the house is well kept, organized, and clean. Everyone was quickly at home there. There are stores close, we cooked two dinners, good kitchen. We had a nice little fire, baby deer running around. All and this this place is a 5 out of 5. Well done

We stayed at this cabin over Thanksgiving and it couldn’t have been better. The property and house was beautiful, clean, spacious, modern, and cozy. Would love to stay again!

I wanted a large family home to accommodate my family, be close to my Mom, and be able to host the family Christmas meals. This place was great for this. The main floor is spacious, comfortable, and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space upstairs also. Only downside is the staircase going upstairs as it is steep, has a 90° turn with very narrow steps, and they can be a slip/fall hazard for small children and anyone with mobility issues. Kevin was absolutely great and went above and beyond when we had an issue with the main floor bathroom during the -14° weather. It all worked out just fine and I am very satisfied with the rental. Highly Recommend!!!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Really enjoyed our stay at this rental. Easy parking. Quiet area. Clean home. No complaints to be had.

A weekend of ATV’ing with family…we loved our stay…perfect location…clean…our hosts were awesome! Can’t wait spend another weekend there!

Very friendly and responsive hosts! The location is close to the Bretton Woods ski resort and we had a wonderful ski trip here.

The location and views were perfect for our Sunday River ski trip! The host was easy to communicate with and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable! I would highly recommend this place!

Great 2-night stay. House was clean and homey. Nice mountains views from large front deck. Beds, bedding and towels were nice. Would recommend.

Great spot right downtown, walking distance to coffee, breakfast, food, drinks, etc. Super clean, really comfortable ....coffee on the deck by the river!

We had a great time at Michael’s place and he was even kind enough to let us use the fire place during the evenings. He even went above and beyond by sending out an extremely detailed instructions for check in and check out. Would recommend this place for those looking to get away from it all!!

Barbara's place was very comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful river view. Check in was easy. The garage and heated bed are great amenities if you are planning to visit in the winter like we did. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great spot just outside of Littleton center. Comfortable in-law apartment, and Stephen was very friendly and responsive. Glad to have an outside area for our dog!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Claire’s place was beautiful! It was clean and exactly as described. Very close to Mt Washington resort, which is where we were going for a wedding. Very spacious as well and bedding was very comfortable. :) 10/10 would recommended and will be staying again if I am in the area!!

We absolutely loved staying at Michelle and Jason’s place. It was so clean, cozy, and comfortable. We have been staying at Linderhof for years as it holds a special place in our hearts. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice and comfortable their condo is. Michelle and Jason made sure that everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!!

We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The views were spectacular. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. We loved the fireplace and the two person jacuzzi tub. Bill was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay again soon!

Nice place, very clean... close to everything. Perfect for the holiday where probably not a lot of restaurants were open (ability to cook) - and not having to go out for coffee or breakie or whatever unless you wanted to. The development has a nice indoor pool, sauna and hot tub and surprise an OUTDOOR pool and hot tub open in winter. Felt odd swimming around in a pool with snow around it (heated pool but not "hot" per se. Skating rink in the development was a nice touch though we didn't bring skates. The only tip I really have other than to bring skates and bathing suit is the door handle opens UP.. as it says on the instructions but apparently I must usually push down by default. Nice trip, very much enjoyed.

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. We attended a wedding at Sunday River resort, and the condo was a great home base. I would love to come back in the winter and ski right on to the mountain! Very convenient for skiers! Beds were super comfy!

We had a wonderful stay here. My girlfriend especially loved the giant bath tub and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well equipped and the place is so cozy. It was well maintained and heating worked well, fireplace is great. The views are phenomenal and there’s so much winter activities to do nearby. Great location for skiing
