The house was very spacious and had 3 really nice bathrooms. Common areas had a lot of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Perfect place for quality family time and enjoying the beauty of the lake!

I was extremely satisfied with our recent stay. The house was very clean, Corinne and her sister Sherri were awesome at communicating leading up to our stay, during and even accommodated a little extra time we requested at the place during checkout. Our son's hockey team made it to the championship game, and we needed to kill a few extra hours in the freezing cold and snow of Erie! Everything was as described, but completely underrated is the location. It is super convenient to be close to all of the shops and restaurants, as well as only a few mins to LECOM Sports Park and Splash Lagoon. If you need to visit Erie for sports or splashing, this is the place to stay. The entire stay was so easy and accommodating...We will see you again soon!

We stayed at Vineyards Edge over the Christmas holiday. Heidi's home was exactly what was advertised. Vineyards Edge is beautiful, very clean, in a quiet location, and is set-up for a family to enjoy and feel comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable furniture in the living room and den. Heidi has provided everything you can think of needing while on vacation. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. One evening we had dinner for 8 people and had plenty of room for everyone, and all the things we needed to cook a meal. Since we were there for Christmas, Heidi reached out a few weeks before our stay and asked if we celebrated Christmas, and if we did would we like her to put up a Christmas tree for us. When we arrived, the house was fully decorated upstairs and downstairs for Christmas. It was beautiful. If I could give Vineyards Edge 10 stars instead of 5 I would! Heidi was always proactive in her communications to us as well.

I have to say, I have stayed in several air bnbs, but this one has been my favorite! The house was absolutely beautiful! Spotless and nothing out of place. Not only that, Sherri was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and communicative. We never waited more than 30 mins for a response, she was very tentative. She worked with all of our accommodations, and took care of anything we needed. Not only all of that, I personally felt like the home was prepared incredibly! I’ve been to air bnbs where toiletries were not provided, the kitchen would lack utensils or cookware which makes for a frustrated stay when you need certain items. Sherri’s home felt like my home. I had everything I needed and then some! All in all, I would and will absolutely book again! Sherri, thank you for you hospitality & for sharing your home with us! It was a great stay!

This is our second Christmas at this place. It was again a lovely stay with great responsiveness from the host as well as the perfect amenities for our needs.

Perfect stay for our large group with kids in varying ages. Although not fully wheelchair accessible, 1 of our guests in a wheelchair (age 14) was able to easily access amd navigate the ground level with ease (including entry, bathroom, and a bottom bunkbed) with plenty of space for all to gather together on the ground level.

The house comfortably fit my family of five, and was in a perfect location for us to spend the morning at Presque Isle and then drop into downtown for lunch. Daniel was incredibly accommodating to our somewhat complex check-in/check-out needs. He was very communicative. Overall an excellent host and an excellent house.

The place is modern and welcoming. The game room is great for the kids (ages 7-10). We walked around the nice park across the street several times. The host was responsive in helping resolve a wi-if issue. We would stay here again.

Our stay at mark's place was great. if I have any tips for future travelers, bring slippers. floors are a beautiful tile, but that makes them a little cold in December. But everything was clean just as others said. its a great little place.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sara‘s place. Great house, great space, walkable and safe. I highly recommend it if you need a nice, spacious house

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. This was the perfect amount of space and amenities, and it was delightfully decorated for the holidays. We were staying with our dog and there were small touches to make sure he felt at home too - the towel by the door to clean his paws, water/food bowls and treats. This was the perfect location with a communicative host, modern amenities and exceptionally clean space. Would absolutely stay again!

great place and hosts we were there during lake snow event so it was really cool. note to anyone that cooks very basic items. pots pans baking sheets utensils, no hand masher or hand mixer casserole dish. I only mention this because I cook everywhere we go cheaper than eating out. other than that great place dogs loved it fenced yard and laundry across the driveway very convenient. Also need to mention they even called yo gave driveway and walkway plowed. 💯👍

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot. The place was very spacious and the furniture was super comfortable. I normally don’t sleep well in airbnbs but the beds were so comfy. Things that I really appreciated that most of the other airbnbs don’t have that Danielle’s did: genuine comforters to sleep with (so often it’s just a thin decorative cover), plenty of pillows, spices, cooking spray, sugar/honey, q-tips, makeup remover pads, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All the little things that you usually bring yourself but having the spices, sugar and makeup remover was one less thing I had to worry about. It made it easier to cook and eat in instead of eating out for every meal. It was the first airbnb that actually felt like a home that wasn’t lived in full time, which is what I’ve always expected with Airbnbs. I would definitely recommend and book again.

The perfect house for our first weekend in Erie, PA. We came to explore the Presque Isle Park. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay again.

The Grape Escape was everything we hoped for and more! This house was so incredibly well equipped with every possible thing, and so spacious for our family. We had adults and children and it was absolutely perfect. The open kitchen to large open living room was so great because we were all able to fit and played lots of fun games. The bedrooms were perfect! We also really loved the extra space downstairs with the living room and kitchen/bar area and game room. We took beautiful pictures outside on the back deck facing Lake Erie as the sun was setting over the lake. We all took a walk down to the beautiful beach. It was very close and super easy to get to. And of course who can forget the sauna/shower combo. What a great amenity to have to relax in! We will definitely try to book the Grape Escape again, hopefully in the summertime! Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy this beautiful home!

Worked out perfectly for our needs. Extended fishing trip for us right on the stream and very close to our typical spots. Decorated and furnished exactly for what our group had in mind. Will definitely rebook at future date

This was a great retreat for me and my husband. We especially liked the big cozy living room and the amazing hot tub! Jennifer was kind and helpful, especially when we had trouble with the outdoor lock at first. You have to climb a handful of steps to get inside, which were icy when we arrived (Erie weather changes fast). Luckily, Jennifer had salt we were able to use, and the house was wonderfully warm and relaxing when we got inside.

Ryan’s place was amazing. We didn’t want to leave. We were looking for a cabin to spend the Christmas holidays and this more than delivered. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and found that we had more than enough room and we always had something to do. The kitchen was equipped enough that we were able to cook an entire Christmas meal without needing any additional pots/pans/ bowls/ baking sheets. The hot tub was amazing after a cold day out in the snow. Although there was an additional charge for it, it was definitely worth it. We used both fire pits (inside/out) and the kids enjoyed the game room. Popcorn and s’mores were definitely a special touch we enjoyed. Ryan was super responsive from before booking throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. It was our favorite Airbnb and one of our favorite vacations. We will definitely be back next year.

Place was beautiful and clean! Nice location that was private. Nice shower and huge bathroom with washer/dryer. Host was nice and responded quickly to any questions. Also let me check in about an hour early since my flight arrived. Only issue was tv in upstairs bedroom had lots of trouble connecting to internet to be able to lay in bed in evening and watch something. We only got it to connect one night. Not sure what issue was because downstairs tv was perfectly fine. The Waterford area is a nice smalll community and very peaceful, and also close to bigger city for all your activities. I’d reserve the place again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay around the area!

We stayed for a girls' night out during winter. The space was great, plenty of room for everyone. The house was pretty warm. A little too warm in the bedrooms. We couldn’t get the air to come on. Could have been an operational error. There is a train that runs throughout the night and a highway close by. I didn’t notice them when I was sleeping though. Host let us have a late check out which was nice. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and would stay there again.

This was a great little weekend getaway. My fiancé(we got engaged during our weekend there) and I loved the peaceful atmosphere. We had a little trouble finding the place but we came after dark and in a bit of a snow storm! Seth was great and very helpful. Highly recommend!

April’s place is a gem! April was so kind and communicative, she even made sure the place was perfectly cleaned upon arrival during a bad snowstorm. The bed was soft and cozy, hot tub was amazing, and the tv’s were huge! My dogs loved it too! Thank you so much for everything i can’t wait to be back!
