This large family gathering place is perfect for the family trip to Cedar Point and Lake Erie shores! Nickel Plate Beach is 5 minutes away. We are also about 10 minutes from Kalahari and 10 minutes from Cedar Point's Sports Center and Sports Force Park. With hot tub in the back yard, large full sized dining room; large living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The back of the house has a large deck, propane grill and fire pit. This property requires a security deposit hold.

View lake from master bedroom deck. 3 outside decks, 3 bedrooms (4 beds), two full bathrooms (one with tub), and kitchen with coffee maker and other amenities. Sit on bench down the street just feet from the lake in a quiet residential neighborhood. Central air. Ten minutes or less to Kalahari, beaches, Cedar Point, and Sports Force Parks. Great retreat. My personal home with everything you need/want in accomodations.

Fabulous house. Spectacular views. The photos don’t do it justice. We were a family of nine spanning 3 generations and we all loved it. We cooked every day in the huge kitchen, spent hours on the porch watching rough waves crash against the wall, and the kids scootered on the paved backyard while we sat around the fire pit. Just what we hoped for. Thanks.

This little cabin is FABULOUS! I love staying in places that feel like home and this definitely fit the bill. The kitchen had every dish and pan you could want. Full size frig, some dry goods in the cabinets, lots of extra blankets. We loved the quirkiness and character!

It was like a home away from home. Very spacious, and clean. This place has everything you need or could think of at your disposal. Beautiful Lake Erie and the lighthouse are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, and little shops also within walking distance.

Extremely Private Waterfront Paradise

We met up with family to stay on the lake for several days, and it was just perfect. We had 8 adult sized folks, and we fit in just perfectly. The location is just amazing...right on the lake with access to swimming and kayaks. The place felt more roomy than the pictures...there is a really nice sitting room where most of us could sit, plus two screened in porches and plenty of seating outside. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Central air was key for us and provided a nice respite from the heat. We drove 30 minutes to Cedar Point, and it was close enough that we came home for a few hours to take a break from the heat and went back for the evening. Hosts were just super on it, proactive, and very helpful. Highly recommend. Oh and the outdoor shower really was a highlight. Sounds silly, but we all loved it!

We are a family of four with two college-aged kids and we had the most wonderful stay at Valerie and Mike’s place for our daughter’s Thanksgiving break from Oberlin! It truly felt like home the moment we walked in. The house is so beautifully designed and cozy—it was just perfect! We even cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner from scratch, thanks to the amazing kitchen that had everything we needed. We’re already excited to come back and make this our new Thanksgiving tradition!

This home was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was larger than it appeared in the photos. The home had everything you’d need, from kitchen dishes, glasses, Keurig & and reg coffee pot to extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. And she provided clear check-in/out instructions. Fully recommended. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
