Raffaella has been very kind and available for me before and during my stay. The little house in the garden is lovely, the furnitures and objects are very nice and give a special charm to the interior. It’s a cosy place with everything one needs even for long stays. We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

The Rustico is beautifully embedded in the wild nature of the Onsernone Valley. The hike to the Rustico is magical. The Rustico is very tasteful and practically furnished. You have everything you need in the house. Also around the house you will find many nice places to linger in addition to a barbecue area and garden shower. We would come back anytime! A wonderful and unforgettable experience! Thanks to the great hosts!

An incredible space to stay in an incredible location. Maurizia was fast to respond & made everything very easy. House was clean, quiet and comfortable and the views are just stunning. We could have stayed for weeks! A couple minutes walk to the plaza for a spritz, dinner or a gelato and access to the lake. Grocery store across the street with everything else you need. Perfetta!

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
