Vacation rentals with a pool in Emmet County

Yvonne's place was simply perfect for our weekend get away to Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, walking in the woods with our dog. Comfortably furnished, immaculately clean, amazing large screen TV! And beautiful views out ever windo and door. We are planning to come back this winter and stay right here!

We had a great long-weekend stay with our toddler and small dog. The house is in a cute neighborhood that's walkable to the restaurants/shops in downtown Harbor Springs. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The toys in the living room were a nice surprise and helpful to keeping our toddler entertained as we unloaded the car. Very clean and nicely updated/decorated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we came back to Harbor Springs.

We just concluded a delightful 2 week stay at Carolynn’s place. The first week we had our daughter and family join us. The home sits on a beautiful quiet property complete with a large deck and outside sitting area. Our grandkids loved their private loft. There were ample supplies to make our stay comfortable. Great showers, W & D, etc although the kitchen was dated. The facilities at Birchwood are outstanding (golf, swimming, and food) and Harbor Springs is a short 10 drive away.

We loved staying at Keri's home. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pictures and description were accurate. The pool was great. Keri was extremely responsive and friendly, and was happy to help with any questions or requests we had. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Keri, for such a wonderful place and being so accommodating and helpful!

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was the perfect vacation retreat for us. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and she answered our text messages promptly. She did everything to make sure our stay was a homerun! Thank you! We plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property which is managed by VACASA. They were very attentive to our needs as the property manager, but homeowner didn’t follow through on a few minor issues. We enjoyed the tranquil view overlooking the Beck-n-Ridge Horse Farm. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, and other essentials. We and our guest were very pleased with the home overall and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Harbor Springs.

Had a beautiful stay in the condo. It was as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside is that all 3 upstairs bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The other full bath is on lowest level, down 2 flights of steps from the bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described. It is a perfect location for a family, nearby the indoor pool, playground, and outdoor pool, along with a little pond right outside for fishing. Our kids enjoyed watching the ducks from the window. The state park was very close too, making it easy to visit the beach between children’s naps. We would definitely return.

The place is great and pretty close by to a few things. It is also spacious and welcoming. The only issue we had is how warm it was in the upstairs bedrooms even after adjusting the thermostat. Otherwise, the place was really great.

A wonderful place to stay! The Host Eric was responsive and helpful. Extremely clean and peaceful! Pictures don’t say enough. Great view in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Kitchen well stocked. We had 2 teenagers who loved the twin beds in the loft, first floor bedroom for my 77 year old dad so he didn’t have to climb any stairs. 10 min drive to Harbor Springs. Will definitely come back! My family (wife, kids age 12 & 11) and I stayed here for the weekend while in town for an early extended family Thanksgiving. We had a late check in (10p) but it was not an issue. Check in was a breeze. Detailed check in instructions were emailed prior to the trip. Once we made it to the condo, everyone was so impressed with the place. It was beautiful and EXACTLY what is shown in the pictures. So very clean too! We all wished we had more time to enjoy the downtown area and the indoor pool. Hope it will be available next year…would love to check it out in warmer months!
