Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Emmet County

Makayla’s place is gorgeous and she’s a wonderful host. The place could have had less (cute) decorations for those traveling with young kids. We hid most of them but missed one or two that eventually became casualties of the 3 year old. But Makayla handled it with grace. And was so kind in her exchanges going so far as to mail back the toddler’s favorite PJs and stuffy.

We would highly recommend this beautiful condo. Every detail was wonderfully done. You felt at home as soon as you walked in. Yvonne was so great at responding so quickly to any questions we asked. This is definitely a place to return and to recommend to others. They are so accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to the ski hills, the hot tub was well maintained, the house was large enough to accommodate our group comfortably, and the game room was a nice added bonus. We also really appreciated that there was a pack n play and other baby/toddler related items. The only thing was we ran out of toilet paper, luckily we brought some with us.

I had a wonderful stay at the home. The place was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. Darcy was an incredibly responsive host, providing quick answers to any questions I had and ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. We stayed with our extended family for a ski trip and really enjoyed the hot tub, spacious accomodations, and how well stocked the kitchen was with plates, dishes, many coffee options and creamer. The host was very responsive! The games in the basement were also fun and we wish we had more downtime to enjoy them more. There are so many seating areas so everyone can be cozy and not feel like we're all on top of each other. It accommodated our group of 9 (with kids) very well! Our kids liked the Airbnb and left reviews in their guest book! We would definitely stay here again so we can have another ski trip!

Great cotttage for a ski weekend. We had a group of 6 and all stayed comfortably.

We visited to experience the excellent Michigan Winter & we were not let down!!! The home had plenty of space for a large group (6 adults, 2 kids & 1 dog). Hot Tub, fire pit & billiards were awesome when we were not skiing or snowshoeing. Very clean & a nice layout on 3 levels.

This was probably the most thoughtful rental I have stayed in. Little details (small tray on the nightstand for items, fans for white noise, extra blankets, lots of towels, hooks and hangers around) did not go unnoticed! There was also enough items for us to use for the week (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, even shower soaps!!!) The host messaged instructions when we arrived and when we checked out there was no laundry list of to-do’s! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The house was perfect for a large group of family to get together for a ski weekend, we had some of the group ski and some stayed back and the house was a perfect place to hangout with everyone.

Took my son and two friends for impromptu skiing over Spring Break, and Kyle's place was exactly what we needed. A bed for each person, two bathrooms, a decent kitchen (which turned out to be MUCH better than we expected), and a hot tub for sore muscles. The details: Kyle was responsive and gracious throughout; always there when needed. Good local information was provided, as well as water in the 'fridge, some snacks, and coffee. The kitchen was very workable, with everything I needed to make breakfasts and dinners each day. The "cabin" was immaculate and well supplied, with ample towels, comfortable beds, and cleaning supplies to keep things tidy (I'm a bit OCD on that). Were I to build an "escape place" up north to use and rent, Kyle's place would be a good template. We will definitely consider contacting Kyle again the next time we head up north - there's even a sister cabin if we had more people! I would definitely recommend this property with no reservations.

Home was cozy and just the kind of getaway we needed. Kids had a blast with the hot tub and rec room!
