Guest access is done independently via a key box. A parking space is available. Stair climbing is required.

Next to the bedroom, the sunny apartment has a private kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. When the weather is fair, the garden invites you to linger. Despite its rural location, center of Sumiswald is only about 3 km away. A sports centre with swimming pool is also located near. The nearest bus stop is about 1.5 km away.

Our farm is located between the Moosegg and Emmenmatt in the middle of a magnificent and quiet environment. The 4 1/2 room apartment is located in our Stöckli with a magnificent view. You just have to get away from it all, just take a break, hike, biking/bike tours...then we have come to the right place. We also have a real experience for family holidays. We can also help with the care of our farm animals or for farm work.

A parking is right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes away by foot). The city of Bern is about 8km. The beautiful ski and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.
