We had a very nice stay in Leipzig. The appartment was super fine and perfect clean. The location was easy to find and there were a parking house just 100m away. The appartment is right in the center but still the neighborhood is very quiet. I can only give my best recommandations.

There were two of us staying in Sebastian's apartment for a week, in older MFH on the 1st floor. Parking in front of the entrance is possible, if occupied, the apartment has two adjacent parking spaces behind the house. This driveway is relatively narrow. The apartment corresponds to the pictures in AirBnB and was clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa can be used very well as a sleeping option. As a dining table, you have to use the desk visible in the pictures, which is no problem for 2 people. Basement room for sports equipment or 2 bicycles. The basement has a back exit to the back parking lot. To the lake on foot in about 5 minutes We recommend the apartment for 2 people who want to visit Leipzig and the Seenland. Since public transport is not optimal, we were traveling by car. If by car, you can reach Leipzig in addition to the main traffic relatively easy and fast. The accommodation has a very special charm and reminds you of what Leipzig's apartments used to look like. Before everything was renovated and modernized. She really is a little treasure about it. The apartment is really big, there are 4 bedrooms and a large cozy living room. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, a balcony invites you to look into the green backyard. The location is great, you have direct access to public transport. There are many pubs and subcultural life nearby. So a wonderful base to arrive and get to know the flair of this wonderful city! The only small criticism: The beds looked a little saggy. Nevertheless or therefore: Would love to come back!
