Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Elmore

Great place to stay with a group. Every bedroom had a full bath and kitchen was large. Because we were off season rate was good.

Unfortunately the trip started off shaky! The lock did not work and we were stuck hanging out in our cars for a bit. When David did get back to us, he was extremely apologetic. Sent someone over right away. Found out it was the battery for the lock that had died. Fix it, and rest of stay was fantastic. He took responsibility and gave us a partial refund. Very upstanding owner. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The place was absolutely spotless when we showed up. Very nice inside and tons of space for weekend getaways with friends or family! The place is in a great location surrounded by tons of awesome restaurants, scenery, and activities. Also being 10 minutes from downtown Burlington was amazing. Had a great experience staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to the area!

Four of us stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UVM. It was very close to everything and everyplace we needed to go. Instructions were very clear. We had an old house before so especially appreciated how well this one has been restored. The decor was tasteful and very artsy, which we love. Highly recommend this location!

Pretty house in an equally pretty neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed, we loved eating at the big dining room table and once the rain stopped outside at the patio table. There is so much to do in the area, we are planning on coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

Great place. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Place was homey and very clean. Loved the location - quiet but right in town, local restaurants within walking distance. Lots of little extras that made it feel very comfortable and put a smile our faces. Thank you.

This place was fantastic. It was extremely quiet and private. It was easy to get to. It was clean and nicely decorated. The host was highly responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy in and out, with super-clear instructions. Great to have off-street parking in an easily walkable area. Comfortable apartment with nice touches like a homemade guidebook with a history of the home and excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants - which we followed to great success! Thanks for the terrific stay!

This property is delightful! Apartment is minutes from downtown Middlebury, right on the river and overlooking Dog Team falls. The apartment was great — really comfortable and with a terrific kitchen where you could actually cook (we didn’t, but it was fully stocked with cookware). And had a French press with great coffee, a personal bonus! Susan was a great communicator and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay, Jonathan was very proactive in reaching out and everything was a expected.

Let me start with the only problem of the house: we only had one night to enjoy. I wish things would have been different because what a wonderful space, fully stocked and extremely clean and well organized. Would have been great for a slightly larger group. Also, really well cared outdoor spaces! Completely recommended and hope we can be back!

They were fantastic hosts. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many things, breweries and the lake. It is a short drive to downtown but plenty of parking available (get downtown early if you're going on graduation or an event weekend). Very easy to communicate with and I loved that they already had all their recommendations in their notes for the home. It made us planning what to do a lot easier. When I did have to reach out to them, they were very quick to respond.

This is exactly as it should always be! Roger was simply proactive and gave us all the necessary instructions and information. Really a place we look forward to go back to.

Extremely nice cabin, very recently renovated. The owner has a keen eye for organization, everything is neatly placed where it should be. Linens are clean, beds were super comfortable. Amazing stay, thank you Cathy

The condo was excelent. Plenty of space, clean, and well organized. The condo has lots of dishes, pots, pans, cups which made it easy to cook. The grill was in good condition and located perfectly on the balcony. Josh was very responsive and flexible. He gave very clear instructions and the expectations for checkout were very reasonable and easy to complete. Great place to book if you are bringing children and pets! Plenty of yard space for them to play. The location is a close to drive stowe for skiing and to ben and jerrys factory for a fun family acitivty. I highly recommend this location!!

We loved our stay at Lisa's place! The unit was super clean, very comfortable and had a nice balcony with views of the mountains and river below. The location is quite convenient for year-round outdoor activities, good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing, and most of these places are within walking distance. As always, Lisa was a very responsive host with great communication and easy to follow directions. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly and we would definitely stay here again!

Rob’s condo was perfect for 2 couples, there was plenty of room and the BRs are separated by the kitchen/dining/living room allowing for plenty of privacy. This was a beautiful, peaceful location that served us well as a perfect home base near the mountains we were hiking. Rob was proactive with check in info.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

My family enjoyed our stay at Rick’s condo! Close to local attractions, plenty of restaurants (a couple within walking distance), and hiking/outdoor activities. The condo had everything we might have needed during our stay. It was cozy and well decorated. Rick was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to come back!

Great price to be in the heart of Lincoln and all the white mountains has to offer! The space was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view. The instructions for check in were also very clear!
