I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

The place is ideally located if you want to be close to the airport or want a peaceful place in the countryside to stay while exploring Athens. Marcy and George were so kind and helpful - not only with rides to the metro station and help organizing take out dinner but also sourcing and supplying all the baby gear supplies we needed for our infant. It was very very appreciated! The apartment has everything you could need and the hosts left a few treats for us as well which we enjoyed. Thank you both for everything!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Aris' place is very nice. Upon entering the house, you felt comfortable! The garden is so chill and it was perfect for us location wise as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always available and communication was impeccable! It'll be our first choice again next Easter!

Home was as described. Beautiful design. Quiet area. Very clean home. Close to the super market, coffee shops, souvlaki shop, and the beach. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay when working at the Research centre

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Vaso was an outstanding host—kind, generous, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and left fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, and a delicious homemade dessert. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vaso went above and beyond, even driving us to the grocery store and arranging our airport pickup. She checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, easily accessible through a safe tunnel. The outdoor space is beautiful, perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Great house, very well located, everything is walking distance. Rooms are spacious, the kids room had spare toys, laundry spare beach items. The outdoor area is amazing for big or extended families. The garden was quite an experience for the little ones with lots to explore (you can even find a hedgehog at night if you’re patient/lucky). Highly recommended for families. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Amazing location next to Filopappou hill, which meant very easy access to all the major historical sites. Also in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent restaurants and cafes. We would definitely go back!
