We stayed here over New Year and it was the perfect place for a chilled celebration. The location is great, close to Harrogate, Ripon and Skipton for day trips and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. The house was so tidy when we arrived and the hosts made us feel welcome with a cake and champagne on arrival.

James and Rachel were great throughout from booking to helping with any queries we had for recommendations. An amazing location and superb facilities. We will definitely be back

Lovely place to stay. We booked very last minute after new year and arrived within three hours of booking. Lisa had the place all ready and even some juice and milk in the fridge. She was great at communicating when needed during our stay but left us to enjoy it which we appreciated. The place is spacious and homey and the hot tub is perfect. The area is great with lots of walks and pubs and plenty to do.

This is a lovely place to stay just far enough out of the main bit of knaresborough but only a 5 min walk in. Beautifully presented accommodation with so many nice touches and a few extras in the fridge and for breakfast. Clive and Julie were nice and friendly and helpful. I’d 100% recommend a stop here - you’ll love it. Keep an eye open for deer, kingfishers and otters in the river , none spotted for us but hopefully more luck when we return….

A brilliant place to stay - everything is on your doorstep. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped - everything you could need is provided . Communication was excellent and everything was very clear. Would definitely recommend

I stayed 28th-30th Jan for my Birthday and I had a magical experience, it was an easy drive there, as instructed by Gemma Apple Maps took us straight there!! Gemma was a amazing host, everything was perfect and worth every penny, clean beautiful apartment, the heated floors was magical, never been in a hot tub before and it was life changing 😭😭 oh and there’s lots to see and do and the villagers were so polite ❤️👏🏾 100/100 Thanks for having us Gemma & for making my birthday super special!! We will be back😅

We absolutely loved our stay! Jay was very helpful answering in answering our questions before our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the hot tub with an amazing view. Jay’s local recommendations helped to make our trip great, and we enjoyed being so close to the Rail Trail. Great spot for a fantastic walking and steam train holiday. A really thoughtfully managed place - thank you!

A very nice apartment in the centre of Harrogate. Ideal for shopping, eating and drinking around the town. It was comfortable and well- equipped. Ideal for 2 couples. It is on the second floor, so there's quite a few stairs to climb, which might not suit some people. Oliver was a good host and dealt with my query well.

a really beautiful space to celebrate mine and my partner's 60th birthday with friends, location was perfect, and the apartment was stunning, all rooms very well equipped and spacious and the living space was perfect for all 8 of us. we loved it!!

Fantastic host and very friendly, the flat is brilliant as well - beautifully furnished !! The location is great and you can easily walk to all the main attractions. The surrounding area is quiet and has amenities close by. Would definitely recommend stating here, we will again 100% !!
