Susanna, Sarah, and James were great co-hosts for our trip to the Catskills. We enjoyed the house, the outdoor space, and the proximity to Woodstock and other areas in the Catskills. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the house again in the future.

Great place that was 10 miles off the highway, but not in the middle of nowhere. Older house, but worked well for 6, could have easily fit 8 adults and 8 kids. Gorgeous area and town is just a few minutes away. Kitchen is a little old, but it is functional. Great place for a winter get together!

This was a wonderful place to stay and our hosts were very helpful. The house was spacious but still cozy and welcoming. Great fireplace. One of the best equipped kitchens we've experienced in our Airbnb stays. Plenty of seating for everyone, Comfortable beds, individual room temperature controls. We had a wonderful Christmas here were our family. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Driveway and parking area plowed and sanded whenever there was bad weather. Even the deck got shoveled! Grocery stores and the town of Woodstock with its restaurants, shops, and Christmas atmosphere were near by. Skiing and bigger stores and towns not far away. A sincere thank you to our hosts for their thoughtfulness!

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

This place is wonderful for our large family that was visiting the area for a beautiful fall wedding. The location was close to several fun attractions and we even made it into New York City. It was too cold to enjoy the large outdoor pool and the indoor pool wasn’t open but the fire pit was cozy. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks for sharing your home.

Our stay with Garrett and Laura was wonderful! The house is even more stunning than the pictures show! The house was very clean, and stocked with everything you might need for a well rounded stay! The hot tub was a fantastic addition, with incredible views. The porch is not heated, but because the weather was warm we were able to read and enjoy coffee for a bit out there on New Year’s Eve! Garrett and Laura were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We all can’t wait to come back to Newburgh and visit again!

Anya’s home was the perfect getaway for my family. Such a safe, beautiful and peaceful place. Home away from home atmosphere. Highly recommended and perfect! Thank you again!

Lovely house, spacious and really pleasant for our group of friends with kids! The jacuzzi was a big plus! We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this location and the hosts were super responsive. it was a great getaway that was scenic, private and very relaxing. there was plenty of space inside the home (and outside) as to not feel cramped. this was also so close to many towns to visit for shopping, restaurants etc. would love to book again!

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Paula was an excellent host. The house was huge and had plenty of space for all guests. The basement was great for the kids to have their own space and the location to Belleayre was perfect. Thanks for a great weekend!

Had a fantastic fall family trip here. This was our second time staying at Gavin and Alison’s and it was even better than the first! Beautiful fall foliage, very clean home, excellent communication with the hosts. We enjoyed so many indoor and outdoor fires, played games, and the dogs loved running in the backyard. The creek is a must see! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to return!

This place was so amazing and so much fun! She was not only very communicative but also friendly and welcoming! I got sick the day before we were supposed to arrive and Patti worked with me to find new dates to enjoy their gorgeous place. Patti is so responsive and very detailed with lots of recommendations. We had the best time at Vincent's lake house, and look forward to visiting again in the summer! It was easy to find, clean and cozy. The location was beautiful and the lake views and dock made us want to visit again in warmer weather. There was an issue with the oven the week before our stay, and Vincent was very communicative about the situation and provided options in case that affected our plans that weekend. It wasn't an issue, but I appreciated how attentive he was. Kitchen and amenities were great, can't wait to come back!

Faisal was a great host. The house was great for a large group with plenty of fun activities to make for a memorable weekend with friends. (Game room, pool)

Jane and Klay were great hosts and their home in Stone Ridge was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. We loved the fireplace and our dog loved the huge front and backyard with easy to access trails right from the property. The hosts were proactive with communication and gave really nice recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and would definitely love to come back. Thanks again!!

Scott hosted my friends and I in a beautiful home on the water. We enjoyed water sport activities, even in November! We were 10 minutes away from New Paltz and 10 minutes away from hiking spots! The house was east to locate, check-in to, and Scott communicated very effectively. We were even granted late check-out! The house was very charming, well-stocked, and clean. One of my favorite touches was the “pet essentials” corner. Scott provided our pup with a bed, food bowls, and a leash - very thoughtful! His rules are clearly explained and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend a stay at Scott’s and would love to return next time I’m looking to stay in the area.

For our purposes, which was a winter getaway with extended family and friends, this was a great spot. Location great if you want to ski in Catskills. Wonderful hikes right there. Fun space for entertaining. Would return 100%

We have stayed at multiple Airbnb's and this one is absolutely incredible! The pictures do not do it justice - this place exceeded our expectations in every way! The most private peaceful property with the beautiful pond & woods for taking walks and the house is so spacious and rustic we loved it! We are pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen extremely well equipped for cooking all our meals with multiple pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, trays and plenty of plates, silverware and mugs for our large group. There are plenty of books & games to keep you entertained, we didn't turn on the TV once! The place was impeccably clean and we absolutely loved the antique doors, lighting, art & furniture and the multiple bathrooms! Our kids loved the swings on the porch and by the barn, playing yard games and just exploring the surroundings. What an incredible retreat... we would stay here again without hesitation! We were imagining how beautiful the place would be in each season.

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)
