This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed at! You can tell Ethan and Wray visit often and take really good care of the place. It is well stocked and loved and most importantly (to me) extremely comfortable. The beds are so cozy and the linens are not only adorable but so comfortable! The house has the best windows, from one of the beds you can even see the stars at night. It was just the best, I hope to come back soon!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Spent Xmas here with my family and it was perfect - Most beautiful and clean house and happened to have a white Xmas! Great area, and loved the decor and book selection, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a Xmas meal. Hot tub is great. 10/10 can't wait to stay again

Couldn't have asked for a better stay on our trip! Cozy cabin with all the right touches of home. Great location, not far from hiking, restaurants, and breweries. Staying in? Pawel's place offers tons of options for that too: fire pit, hot tub, billiards, darts, and card games. There was a lot of friendly wildlife, but our favorite aspect just might have been the open fire grill plate (don't worry, there is a regular propane grill too). Overall, everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back for another!

My wife and I had our two children home for the holidays, including my son's fiance. We wanted to get away for a few days and this was the perfect place. Very relaxing environment on the lake. We even got 4 inches of snow overnight one evening. We met up with some old friends and organized a ski day. My daughter's first time skiiing and my first time in 30+ years. Fortunately, the they had some easy runs and everyone survived! The house was great. Plenty of firewood to keep us warm and beautiful view of the lake. Thank you Evenlina!

Moonrise pond was a quiet, secluded place with lots of room for indoor and outdoor games, a little pond with kayaks and trail hiking. The place was close to several quaint little towns with great restaurants. Julie was a great host, she showed us the place, gave us all instructions on how to work the hot tub, sauna and fireplace, and even included a bottle of wine. Julie had great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, local hot spots and places to visit. We enjoyed each and every place we visited. This was the perfect spot for our 3rd annual upstate NY trip. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you Julie and Bill for opening your place to us.

We stayed at Dana & Wolter's for my husband's birthday getaway. We also just got married this Oct. so we celebrated alone for our wedding and his birthday all in one. The house was very clean and they even decorated for my husbands birthday & left us a bottle of wine. The jacuzzi wasn't working but Dana did everything in her power to have it fixed for us. Their place was very comfy and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be visiting again.

This is a cute and peaceful place in a beautiful setting. The house feels very private. The beds are comfortable, the place gets great light, and there are two hangout spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. We didn't spend much time in the house itself, so we didn't get to take advantage of the amenities, but there is a big TV, board games, books, and seemingly lots to do if you stay in. The surrounding towns are charming and there are many good food options. Christopher has a helpful list of things to do nearby. We went on two pretty hikes within a half hour's drive. One note to sensitive sleepers: you may want earplugs and and an eyeshade. The heating could be quite noisy and one of the two bedrooms had sheer curtains.

We wanted a quiet getaway and this was just that. The space was cozy and with some light shopping, we were able to have everything we needed to enjoy our retreat with a nice balance of going out and enjoying local sites and staying in and enjoying the space. Would definitely recommend and even consider returning in the future!

we had a great time here! the bungalow was adorable and the whole property was very cute. we visited in the winter and had a great time exploring, saying hi to the animals, and relaxing but we hope to come back in the summer to enjoy all the other amazing amenities! definitely would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Magda’s! The cabin was extremely clean, beautiful, and very cozy with a fire going. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely come stay again in the future.

This spot was cozy, comfortable, and private. You can't see any other homes from this location. Everything in the cabin was easy to find and the spaces were comfortable to be in. Very clean. Huge stone fireplace and deck with hottub were fantastic for any season. Nice sitting areas outside and even a gazebo. We were surprised to find another hottub indoors! Couches were super comfy as well as the beds. Well equipped and nicely decorated in Catskills style. We easily found everything we needed, and more. Plenty of candles, flashlights, lighters and matches, and even select wines available for purchase right in the cabin! Three different types of coffee makers and plenty of coffee choices! Games and books available. Plenty of hiking and fishing in the area. Endless forest, lakes, streams, rivers, and waterfalls. Great for outdoor enthusiasts or couples looking for a rustic yet romantic setting. We highly recommend the Roscoe Retreat for anyone looking for a getaway to the Catskills!

Beautiful location, so peaceful and private. Such a cozy and relaxing cottage, was exactly what I needed for some R&R.

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Perfect stay for Thanksgiving! There was a variety of pots and glassware. Everything you to make a meal! The bed is firm & the pillows OMG! They need to start an Amazon storefront because it was so comfy. The tv is only in the living room so it made us watch it together. The layout of the home is different & I liked it. Not every room had a head light but had lamps so be mindful if you need a lot of lighting to navigate your room at night. You’re in a community but still feel secluded! Only 2 cons: Make sure to watch the weather! It snowed which I also loved but wasn’t packed for that & you would have to shovel the deck if you wanted to use it. However, the driveway was shoveled out for us!! Also, the garage was difficult to open to dispose of the trash & it was too cold for me to have the patience needed. My family and I stayed here for the weekend after Thanksgiving. Kristof was very responsive and made our stay perfect. The place was perfect for our family. We lived the heated pool. Would highly recommend Kristof’s place.

My sons and I stayed for New Years Eve, and had the most wonderful stay!! We arrived early and hit the ski slopes, then checked in, had lunch and a rest, and then ski some more. After that the kids had a blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and after dinner we enjoyed a fireworks display that was terrific. The condo was SPOTLESS and very well maintained. The one and only glitch was with the keyless entry, at first it was giving me an error message, but Paul responded to my mesaage within about 5-10 minutes and straightened it out. I would love to revisit this AB&B again! Fabulous host, great location for a winter getaway!

The Zen House was the perfect location for a girl's trip! The house was clean and all amenities exactly as pictured. Eugene was so kind and responsive to all of our needs. We had a great weekend!

We had a great time here. This is a dog and kid friendly stay with board games, TV and most kitchen supplies. The house is cozy and we had a lot of fun! Don is super helpful, responsive and considerate. Great place to chill with friends and family!

My stay was very good in a very calm and relaxing environment. The house is big with a lot of rooms and space, ideal for big groups. And if you love the nature, you will enjoy. The kitchen also have everything you need to cook or serve food. The only thing I will complain about here is the fridge, that was not working well. It was taking ages to get even a bottle of water cold. I throw away 2 buckets of ice cream, as the freezer could not keep it frozen.
