The house is very beautiful with designer renovation...the house was completely ready for our arrival, the owner is very friendly

great stay at the villa , it's in a quiet place , so car rental is deffo needed, it's 25 mins drive to alicante center and the same to benidorm , there are a few restaurants and a small beach near by but deffo worth driving to alicante and benidorm for better beaches and food, there's a aldi and lidl 10 mins away in a car for shopping, great place will deffo stay again:)

Perfect family home for our stay. Had everything we needed for us both and our 2 children. Travel cot, bed guard, clean towels, spotlessly clean place. Will definitely stay here again.

The stay was great for our family with 3 bedrooms and the living area and kitchen downstairs. In good weather, outdoor dining on the deck is nice. Friendly and helpful hostess!

We knew we were the first guests at this villa and expected a few teething issues, although there were a few minor problems the host solved them within a few hours of letting them know. I have family & friends in the area and had a few visiters, plenty of room & furniture both indoors and outdoors. I'm sure this place will improve too as time goes by, we are already planning to take friends here again as soon as we can. My partner & children (girls 8 & 10) stayed in the main house and my daughter & friend (17) and son (20) stayed in the downstairs apartment which worked perfectly for us all to be together while still having our own space.

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Fantastic days we spend as guests of Jolita in Santa Pola. Unbeatable location, 30 seconds from the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need, both linens, towels, blankets and household menage. All appliances in perfect condition. Heating in every bedroom and a terrace that we really enjoyed. Magnificent communication with Jolita who was super friendly allowing us to enter earlier and leave later. Definitely worth disconnecting here.

Wow, what a amazing host and great place to stay. Sam’s house is comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Excellent location for what we were looking for and reasonably priced. Sam as host is amazing, even left some basic shopping items in the fridge, really you couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

We spent 10 most pleasant days in the beautiful and well-located apartment of Gemma and Thibaud who are exceptional hosts. Everything is tasteful and good. It's a quiet place where everything is close by. Lots of details in the apartment make the stay very comfortable. We will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

We had a really pleasure stay and the appartment is really lovely, cozy and tidy. The landlady Maryna kept us well informed before the trip and meet us when we arrived. She gave us a short introduction to apartment, premises and services available. She is very lovely and kind person who takes a good care of your stay. Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

A perfect place away from the other more hectic areas of the coast.

Apartment offers great views as it is located on the top floor of the building. It's just a few minutes away from the sandy beach, which is really nice. We were here in the end of October so it was off-season but in any case it's good to have a car.
