Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Elbe

Rahel's cottage is beautifully located, in the middle of the countryside. We really enjoyed being able to walk directly in the forest from here. Due to the open design of the house, a lot of light comes in. At the large dining table you can sit wonderfully in large groups and play board games and let the stoves warm you through in autumn or winter. The cottage was very lovingly and cozily furnished and we didn't miss anything. Rahel was always available for questions and gave us valuable excursion tips. It may be important to mention that the house is only within walking distance and you have to carry your luggage about 50 to 100 meters. But you will be rewarded with a fantastic location.

We felt very comfortable with Ann-Christin and Nigel for a weekend. Upon arrival, a fire was already burning in the fireplace, equipment corresponded exactly to the pictures, we could enjoy a sauna evening and communication via airbnb was easily possible with questions. The hosts are very accommodating in all matters! Clear recommendation! :)

We had a great time in the Landhaus of the hotel. It is great as a family hideaway and offers enough privacy from the rest of the hotel. The staff was very helpful (eg with a baby chair) and also assisted with a breakfast service. We will be back!

We were there in early November Nature is beautiful, opposite the house there is a river. You can fish, collect mushrooms, hike, cycle, and visit a bird national park. The house is cozily furnished in country style and is heated with a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere for evenings. The ground floor on the ground floor is a bit cool, so slippers or warm socks are recommended. The bedrooms upstairs are warm and offer a pleasant sleeping atmosphere. The perfect place for nature lovers and anyone looking to escape from the city noise. The property has pets, including two friendly dogs and a cat full of character. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the hosts who have thought of every detail: towels, hairdryer, dishes, cozy pillows, blankets, and candles. We were very please with our stay and will definitely be back.

Such a lovely place! Beautiful garden and tastefully decorated house equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Peaceful little oasis to rest after days exploring the city! Options for public transport and grocery store within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend!

Bernd was so helpful in the run up to our visit. Jelena met us at the door and told us everything about the apartment. It’s spacious, full of light, brilliant views. The balcony is so relaxing at the end of the day. Transportation links excellent. Really wanted to spend more time inside but it was a 5 day trip with marathon and lots to do outside. It is a real delight staying there. Absolutely recommend! Everyone we met on the block was friendly and welcoming. Just loved it

Title says it all. It was really warm, just what we needed in the November chill, and it’s really in the heart of the city, we walked everywhere. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos. It was all clean. We had zero problems. Thanks.

Veronika was very friendly and responsive, the instructions clear and very helpful. There were 4 of us in the and it was very comfortable for us to sleep and function during the day. We especially liked the location of the apartment. The neighbourhood was peaceful and felt really safe. We had a lovely stay and many thanks to Veronika!

My two girls (10+11 years old) and I felt very comfortable. We have had joyful, stimulating conversations with every contact. Sonja and her family welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home. The apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The view over the Wurmberg was a highlight every day. Very good location for hiking and other activities. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Everything was as described, however not all was very functional. The shower/tube combo was beautiful to look at, but not very usable as a shower. While there was a washer, a few more towels, both kitchen and bathroom, would have been nice. The espresso machine in the kitchen leaked, there was nothing to tamp the grounds down with, and no cup would fit properly in it. We made it work, but it should have been easier. The full sized refrigerator and freezer was nice.

Great apartment and fair price. Beds very comfortable. Apartment is on a busy street, but at night it is very quiet. From there you can reach everything quickly.

In short: Perfect from A to Z. We really had a very great weekend thanks to Markus and will definitely come back. What I particularly liked was the helpfulness and service thought. Ex: Wood empty > no problem, within a short time there is something new at the door. This is where we went to great lengths and you can tell. See you soon and all the best!

We enjoyed our time at Małgorzata’s home. The place was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. I think our favorite thing was the breakfast that she cooked for us one morning- the apple "pancake" was my favorite bite on the whole trip! Comfortable beds in the rooms, easy access to everything, and great if you are looking to have a relaxing weekend shopping for pottery and eating good food.

We had a lovely weekend as a group of 8. The house has a lot of bedrooms, there was room for everyone and it was very cozy. We were able to cook on the oven and overall it had a very nice cabin feeling. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great stay at Rony Villa, the garden and surroundings are very nice. The house has a great spirit. It was great to be able to use the barrel sauna and bathe under the stars at night. We would have loved a covered way to sit outside. Thank you for the wonderful time and good service.

Familial and light-flooded house in a quiet location/idyllic landscape, (dogs allowed). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a barbecue, fireplace and sauna. For children there is even a trampoline. In the house it was nice that there were enough toilet paper/dish towels/soap/sponges/tabs etc. Bed linen/towels must either be paid extra or brought independently (only needs to be aware when booking). Nice hostess who goes out of her way to explain everything and give excursion tips. In total, there are four double beds in separate rooms, the fifth double bed is open on the stage and therefore clairaudient (more for early risers/people who go to bed late), as it faces the living room. All in all, we can recommend the house.

We booked Villa Steinsburg for a round birthday with my family, with six adults and six children aged three to eleven. Everything worked out great: the family liked it, the beds were comfortable, the piano gave the little students a lot of joy and the small Gleichberg was a very nice excursion destination for a hike that also delighted the children through the climbing stones.

Great and quiet place, highly recommended ! The very nice garden villa is wonderfully flooded with light, through the huge window fronts in the living area on both sides. The two modern and large bathrooms and the bedrooms are superbly arranged in the house. Everything is well equipped and was perfectly clean. The garden is super large, our dog was immediately delighted. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!
