The apartment was really very nice and stylishly furnished as well as perfectly equipped. The beach was quick and within walking distance. The surroundings are pleasantly quiet and therefore perfect for a few days away. We felt very comfortable immediately and would come back any time.

A great apartment - we immediately felt comfortable! Cleanliness - just as you want it, amenities - modern, comfortable, well thought out with plenty of space, simply beautiful, communication - Meike has arranged everything well, quickly and easily, location - shops, restaurants and the great beach are quickly accessible on foot and the sunny balcony is quietly at the back with a view of the countryside. We are not in this apartment for the first time and are therefore always coming back because we find the accommodation great for our clients, because the communication with Dan works best because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent out with a dog, but we vacuum and mop every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a top apartment and is a top landlord. 👍We'd love to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August at the beginning of September. 👍❤️

Margot's apartment and the holiday was as always very nice and restorative. We love the apartment and the location.

The location was as on the pictures, but in reality this all looked much nicer on site, so the view of the Baltic Sea. The building is very private and perfect for a getaway. We were also able to enjoy the surroundings very much despite the autumn weather a pedis and were even swimming in the sea. The kitchen is pragmatically equipped: fridge (without frost compartment), toaster (I don't even have at home), two stoves/cooktops, coffee maker and kettle. There is everything for shopping within walking distance and safe enough restaurants to suit every taste and budget. We usually cooked ourselves. Secret tip for Star Wars fans: Outpost One, but driving, otherwise it takes forever.

We spent a week with 8 adults and 2 children in the beautiful house of Leila and Tobias and had a wonderful time. The house is simply a dream and offers plenty of space for such a large round. The amenities are great ( kitchen appliances, coffee machine, games, towels,... it's all there and much more. ) The decor is cozy, so you feel right at home. The location is ideal for things to do. The contact with Leila is very pleasant and very friendly. There is a quick answer and solution for all the questions. It was all perfect for us and if we rent a house again with all the children and grandchildren we will book it again.

We felt very comfortable all around! The place is really very cozily furnished and perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing! You can tell that even the smallest details have been thought of. The parents and the one-year-old child were delighted with the small great children's kitchen, the books and the amenities! Thank you for this! The absolute highlight was of course also the beautiful sauna and the uncomplicated use! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

We were in the cozy house in frosty temperatures with two dogs. We were able to walk well on the natural beach. When the minus temperatures diverged, cycling towards Travemünde, Boltenhagen and further on the immediately adjacent bike path was great. We did not get to meet Maximilian personally, but all the information was available and he is available. Gladly again, thank you so much for letting us use the house.

For the two of us it was a great and quiet stay over New Year's Eve together with our dog. We searched for peace and found it too - connected to a beautiful accommodation with nature in the surrounding area. A perfect base for long walks. The apartment was very clean, more than well furnished and the contact with Thilo was great. We will come back and can only recommend the apartment!

Very nice and modern place. This cottage has everything a vacation home needs to feel comfortable all around.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable as a family. The only drawback: We arrived in the afternoon, in the winter and first turned on the underfloor heating. It took almost a day for it to heat the apartment. It would have been nice here if you had already turned on the heating in the morning on the day of arrival.

Holger is a host, Responds quickly, is friendly and helpful. The place is super close to the beach, Parking was also great right in front of the property . There is also oil and spices available. Excellent big beautiful bathroom👍👍👍

Communication and also check-in with Bettina was great. She is super friendly, explained everything to you upon arrival and even sent excursion tips as a message. As soon as we enter the apartment we felt very comfortable. The beds were super comfy. We were also more than pleased with the welcome surprise with the personalized cups. The departure and the view of the Baltic Sea and the pier were very difficult for us. We will travel to Grömitz again to vacation there and if possible again with Bettina.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

The apartment was as described and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The location is great and the beach can be reached very quickly on foot! The contact with Klaus was very friendly and easy. The only thing that was a bit silly for us as a family with two children was that it is very clairaudient. Otherwise, everything was great!

We had a very nice few days in Kellenhusen. You can reach everything within walking distance of the apartment (beach, shopping, restaurants, the forest, various playgrounds). The apartment is super comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Very friendly and easy communication with Günter. We will be happy to come back :-)

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean home with a pool, and a beach nearby, to relax and enjoy. Great playground for children in de backyard.
