Rodrigo was an amazing host, I had the pleasure of meeting him and his wife prior to us checking in as we arrived a bit early which Rodrigo had no issues with! The listing is exactly as described, very clean with amazing views of the coast line! The place is only a 8 minute drive from the night life of El Tunco Beach also! It has gated security and the guys at the gate are very friendly and do a good job of making you feel safe! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 10 nights at Enrique's and Karol's apartment and were actually really sad to leave this wonderful place! The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The terrace with a well equipped open air kitchen, some nice seating area and hammocks was perfect to cook some nice meal and relax. Beds are very comfy, AC worked well, TV with a Netflix Account for guests was provided. The apartment was generally perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We could also use the washing machine and didn't need to search for laundry service. Communication with Karol and Enrique was perfect, they responded very quickly and gave us some good advices. Thanks again! :) Some nice restaurants and tiendas are nearby. Every morning (around 7 - 9.30 AM) some food trucks pass by and sell fresh vegetables and fruits. The bus to El Tunco, La Libertad and San Salvador runs also frequently. We can fully recommend this place! Really loved it there and would definitely stay there again ♥️

Our experience at this beach Airbnb was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Not only did the property meet all our expectations, but exceeded them. The location is perfect, with a stunning ocean view and direct beach access. The place was spotless, well equipped and tastefully decorated, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Also, the maintenance staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which we greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway by the sea. We look forward to coming back soon!

Noemy is very friendly, think about the details, we went this weekend and the house was decorated for Christmas, we have a young son and he was happy to see a tree and Christmas decoration, there are also restaurant options to order at home. Each room has its own bathroom, they are small, but the important thing is privacy and they are complete bathrooms with watering. The beds are comfortable, it was very clean. it has 4 rooms, 5 dining rooms, parking lot and 5 bathrooms, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The weather was super rich, warm with a perfect breeze. Don Manuel, the very friendly guard. The best thing is the view, from any point of the house the view is beautiful.

A very comfortable place, mentioning that there are places near or within Atami that come to leave food and maybe this place could increase the capacity to receive people.

All good. Rancho very nice and spacious. Just like the pictures and description. The place very nice, quiet and far away. The street to get to the ranch is landy and bumpy but going slow you can reach well in carro sedán. Recommended.

The home was beautiful, expectations were over exceeded! Staff were great and helpful! Worth every penny.

Could have included more towels for guest. Everything else was comfortable and felt at home. There is a store right across the street that had chips and other food too!

I absolutely loved Emilio’s place. It was just as described and he made the check in and check out process so easy! There’s so much to do around the area, many restaurants, bars, and malls. Very easy to get around. Something I truly liked about the place is how secure it is as there’s always a guard at the entrance of the building checking people in and out. Makes you feel very at peace. I recommend Emilio’s place to anyone wanting to stay local :)

It's a great apartment in a safe and convenient location. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and there's a spacious living room for eating and relaxing. The room itself has a big closet and direct access to the terrace for fresh air. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Above all, Gabriel is very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

Totally enjoyed the Airbnb. Beautiful decor and views, very clean, perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping, and the historic center. The host communicated before and during the stay. I would def recommend.
