Vacation rentals with beach access in El Zonte

Great place to stay surrounded by palm huge trees! The apartment has real positive and relaxed vibes which makes your stays extremely relaxing and warm. It is also nice to be greeted every morning by the cats and the dogs. Amati is one of a kind and very close to Playa Palmarcito which is a super relaxed gem of a beach. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay a lot! It's a lovely place very close to one of the best surf spots. Everything is in walking distance. Roberto and the team were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely come back!

Had a Great night Sleep

Everything we need was just around the corner. Place was clean and near to Surf city and La Libertad pier.

We had such a great time with my family. Moses gave us very detailed instructions and we had no complications, even gave us a guide to recommendations for restaurants and places nearby. You only need lighting outside the apartment, in the pool and hallway area, precisely to take good photos. Otherwise 👌🏻 very good.

We stayed 10 nights at Enrique's and Karol's apartment and were actually really sad to leave this wonderful place! The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The terrace with a well equipped open air kitchen, some nice seating area and hammocks was perfect to cook some nice meal and relax. Beds are very comfy, AC worked well, TV with a Netflix Account for guests was provided. The apartment was generally perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We could also use the washing machine and didn't need to search for laundry service. Communication with Karol and Enrique was perfect, they responded very quickly and gave us some good advices. Thanks again! :) Some nice restaurants and tiendas are nearby. Every morning (around 7 - 9.30 AM) some food trucks pass by and sell fresh vegetables and fruits. The bus to El Tunco, La Libertad and San Salvador runs also frequently. We can fully recommend this place! Really loved it there and would definitely stay there again ♥️

Miguel and Mirna took care of the property (and us) during our stay. He was almost like a genie in a bottle—the minute we needed something, he would take care of it. The place is SO gorgeous. Perfect to take in the beauty and just disconnect. I love that you could open the two giant sliding doors on both ends of the house to feel like you’re basically outside. It’s especially nice when there’s a little breeze. Alice was quick to respond all our questions. Would love to stay again.

This home provided a great value to a party of six. We spent a considerable amout of time outside in the local area but when we returned we felt right at ease. The family enjoyed conversations in the patio, when it became too warm the spacious living room was a welcoming retreat. There were good restaurants along the beach, a tourist area but other restaurants were much closer and were delicious as well. The one thing you must be aware is that the entrance to the parking does make it challenging for vehicles larger than a sedan.

We loved the place, it was very clean and the person who received us took care of us very kindly. We loved the beach and the facilities in general. The rooms are very comfortable and tidy, the kitchen is very well equipped. A place I would definitely stay at again.

We stay for an night and the place was beautiful. The room and the bathroom was clean. The people(the caretakers ) was nice, friendly, and kind. We got to enjoy private beach and pool. Amy the host was kind. She was helpful with our questions we had. We enjoy our stay!

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

The view and beach direct access were amazing. The master was huge with sliding doors to the beach. We felt totally safe. Loved having our own pool. We played cards at night in the living area. Couldn’t believe how quiet the beach was. Totally stunning. Patricia was easy to communicate with and had fun suggestions. Visiting doggies and chickens provided entertainment. I’d stay again in a heartbeat for a mellow beach vacay.

The apartment was ocean front and the view was amazing, every room had everything we needed, I would highly recommend and would stay here again. Only 20 minutes to surfcity, El tunco. Jorge was great, attentive and very nice young man.

If you're looking for a relaxing place in Tunco, this is the one! 10minutes walk to the beach, yet you're not in the party zone of Tunco, best of both worlds. The place was extremely clean, safe, with plenty of room to cook or kick back near the pool. I would 1000% recommend this villa to anyone and everyone!

Amazing stay! We love Zonte and this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Gorgeous place...amazing views...great location.. We were really impressed with this unit and happy we chose it. The wave house pool was super clean and had a great bar & food service. Front desk was super responsive to help us find drivers and book in room massage service. The unit itself was everything we could have wanted...spacious ...clean...comfortable. The deck overlooking the pool is impressive...Bed linens were an A+...soft and comfy.... Small private pool was awesome...Plenty of good quality towels for pool and bath towels were very much appreciated by us as well. Thanks for having us!
