Pet-friendly vacation rentals in El tezal

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was very clean and tidy, the hosts were very attentive, asked in time if we knew how to arrive and there was even flexibility with check-in times. Any questions were resolved quickly and they were always pending that nothing was needed in the house. the streets are a little narrow but it is a very quiet area.

Best Airbnb hosts! They truly helped with anything and everything from transportation to activities. Made my bachelorette a dream! Thanks again!! We will be back!

Erik’s place is very centrally located. Less than 10 mins walk to the center of San Jose. On a busy street but completely gated and fenced in. The house is very modern and clean. Plenty of space for us. We were only there for 2 nights but it was the perfect spot for what we needed.

Everything was wonderful... spacious and super clean! Side note and it was no fault of the owner, but the plumbed water would stop working for a short time (the city water)... we stayed for 2 weeks and it happened 3 times, but you always have the bottled drinking water available at least. We've experienced power outages before when traveling outside the US, but never no water. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks so much, Dael!!!

The place was clean and quiet. Good for our 1 night stay. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans as the teflon was very scratched up but otherwise we managed to cook our meals. Jazziel was friendly, helpful and answered fairly quick to my questions. note the directions are a little bit off. Just keep driving up the hill until you see the big Joayes De Cortes sign, turn left, then right. that will take you to the gate and security will let you in.

We loved this unit 2101. It was spacious and convenient to have a bath in every bedroom. Beautifully built and decorated. Comfortable beds are very important to me the beds and linens were great! Thanks for having us!

The condo is very spacious and convenient to Costco and a supermarket for groceries and supplies. The whole setup is conducive to a wonderful stay in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommended

From the booking confirmation she was pending and in constant communication until arrival at the accommodation. Already in the accommodation we really take the time to rest and move to the points of interest in the area. Everything was always excellent. I would definitely stay there again

Juan was quick to respond. We were grateful they allowed an early check-in as we had to check out of our previous property by 11am and had all of our luggage with us. Super cute place with an incredible view. Close to downtown. It was like a $7 uber ride to get to all the clubs and restaurants by the marina. Love Velas.

Great place to escape the busy parts of Cabo. The appartement is super spacious and super comfortable. Great hub to go out and explore. Can be a bit tricky to find the first time but Gabriela is extremely helpful! Recommended.

Excellent location with breathtaking water views! The rooftop pool made the stay absolutely perfect, and the sunsets were spectacular every evening. The condo’s layout and furniture showed the owner’s great taste—everything felt stylish and comfortable. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from plenty of towels to kitchen utensils, and we appreciated the nice touch of fresh fruit and a 20-liter water bottle waiting for us. Also, the condo was impeccably clean. Allison, the property manager, is truly the best—super communicative and always quick to address any questions or concerns. The owners, Hector and Eric, were equally wonderful and went above and beyond by increasing the internet speed to help us work remotely without any issues. This stay was incredible, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

You are going to be absolutely stunned when you drive up to Shona’s casa! The photos simply do not do the home justice! We had a brilliant stay here in Cabo. The home is in a beautiful private location, it’s peaceful and quiet— just what I’d wanted and expected! The home itself was equipped with everything we needed, very clean, and the beds were so comfy. You MUST visit Santa Maria Beach, it is one of the best I’d argue in Cabo that you can swim in - and bring your snorkelling mask!!!! 😍 Thank you for hosting us Shona, you’re a kind and thoughtful host. Enrique was incredibly attentive from the moment I made my reservation. The place looks exactly like the photos, super clean, well-prepared, and ready to enjoy. The apartment’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to everything you might need. Being on the first floor made it very convenient, especially for carrying luggage. Personally, I loved the decor, and the space was perfect for a fantastic stay in Cabo San Lucas. Medano Beach is just a few minutes away, making it ideal for a morning walk! Everything was spotless, smelled amazing, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and there was even a thoughtful touch of complimentary chocolates! The bathroom was sparkling clean, and every detail was carefully considered. I had an incredible experience and can’t wait to return this summer to this excellent place. Highly recommended!

BEAUTIFUL!! Great location, in a gated community between the 2 major cities. VERY safe and just a short walk down to the private beach. We enjoyed the eclectic style of the home. We did rent a car and drove all over the place. Grocery stores are very close as are restaurants and gas stations. We never felt unsafe once and we went pretty far from the main tourist areas. We used USD the whole time with no issues. Bring lots of small bills with you. Santa Maria beach is a must! Highly recommend this home and the very friendly hosts!

What a beautiful studio condo! It’s exactly as described. I’m a solo female, it was my first time to Cabo. This place met all my needs; big comfy bed, shower, TV, desk, full kitchen with big fridge, filtered tap water, but the best parts were the beautiful views and the safety I felt. I would return again! And likely will in the coming year. This condo made my trip perfect.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service.
