We were in awe when we walked into the house. It was like stepping back into an ancient period of time, and yet it felt comfortably modern. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in this beautiful city during the day and always had a welcoming haven to return to on the evening. We enjoyed all the amenities Rob provided, especialy the pool. Thanks Rob, we hope we can return again some day.

We loved our stay at Coco. Justo was friendly and professional and was not only attentive, he provided great restaurant recommendations and went the extra mile to be responsive and helpful. The property and grounds are beautiful and tranquil. Coco was impeccably designed and furnished. And the pool was a terrific bonus. Excellent restaurants just a walk away.

this was my 2nd time staying in this airbnb. Great apartment and hosting. well appointed and well laid out, very clean. the only issue, which is not uncommon Ajijic, was the barking dogs nearby and the road noise, especially in the front room. I'm a good sleeper so managed but it could be a factor for some. Barking dogs seem to be ok with locals...to me, it's tedious after a while. That said, I would stay in this apartment again. It is well located on the mountainside, which I prefer. The uphill walk isn't too bad and it's minutes into town. Maria (local host) was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again.

Both the place and the attention from Marina were great. Marina kept communication open even days before checking-in. She was very flexible with the check-in time and we really appreciated that since were driving from another city and arrived later than we expected. Her instructions were spot on. The house was very clean, location was great and specifically the street is very peaceful. I'm very happy we chosed Marina's place.

A Perfect Stay in Guadalajara! I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb in Guadalajara, and it exceeded all my expectations! Location: The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, with great restaurants, and historic sites just a short walk away. Accommodation: The space was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional charm. The bed was super comfy, and the natural light made it feel welcoming. Roxy was in the perfect location about a block from the lake and the male con so we could get in our morning walks with ease. In the village of Ajijic, we could go almost anywhere on foot within 10 minutes. Located across the street from the Lake Chapala Society, a wonderful,sources of information, programming and expats if you need an English fix or breakfast or access to an ATM machine. Generally very quiet with occasional dogs barking but nothing major. Worth the cost, for sure. Michael was very helpful with questions and airport transport.

Excellent place, a large lot or garden with swimming pool and barbecue and dining area, it is a fresh and comfortable spacious house with enough bathrooms to not disturb any guests.. in a very quiet area. Just like in photos or maybe they don't do it fully justice

Hector's place is very nice. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Yes, it has its details, like many other reviews, the issue of cleanliness is something that needs to be worked on, but honestly, you need to be a very special person for it to be a real problem. It seems like the house has deteriorated a bit, but honestly if you're just looking for a suitable place to spend the night, it's really good. Regarding the Jacuzzi and the showers, I found a slight inconvenience with the water pressure. If you have the Jacuzzi faucet open, the pressure is not enough for the shower (nor the hot water), but it is only a matter of closing one of the two faucets and using them in order. We had a great time, Hector was very helpful at all times and despite the slight inconveniences we will return next time. If you think you're a person who can be bothered by these kinds of details, you'd better look for another place, otherwise you'll like this place.
