Beachfront vacation rentals in El Remanzo

Playa El Coco is a Beautiful private beach. The townhome was fantastic with enough space for our family. Great view of all the plants and the beach from the patio. The property is amazing. This is our 3rd time spending the last week of Dec at El Coco. They do a terrific job with maintenance. The beach is super close and you hear the waves crashing. We always enjoy walks around the beach. We also visited La Flor beach and had the chance to release sea turtles 🐢 into the ocean. The pool and gardens are kept pristine by the caretakers, We would definitely recommend Playa El Coco and James’ townhome. We will back next year

Jon’s place was beautiful. The beach is otherworldly and the cabin itself is a gem. My son had an amazing time playing in the pool while we had a beers and enjoyed the waves crashing in the background. Area is very safe and near by is Playa Gigante which has a few spots to catch some drinks and dinner. We chose Juntos Beach Bar and loved it. Jon was proactive and kind enough to let us stay an hour after checkout. Great host and wonderful place. Thanks Jon, we’ll be back soon. :)

We had an amazing vacation and felt in paradise. Ideal for couples looking for a bice peaceful place to stay and if you surf, location is in between popoyo and santana. The outdoor area is beautiful and you are right on the beach. Bella treated us as friends and was always available and willing to go the extra mile. We will be coming back

Emeline's place was nothing short of amazing. From booking to check out, we had great support from Emeline, Carolina, Adonis, and all of the other people who make this area so special. We came towards the end of low season and it was amazing! The weather and waves were still great, but less crowded.... We loved being able to walk to several different surf spots from the property and how we could walk to several cafes, dogtown surf shop, and of course, dale pues market. Emeline's place is in the perfect area and you'll have so much fun exploring the area and looking for waves in the Santana and Poyopo area. Emeline also helped us arrange transfer from the airport, book a surf guide to explore more spots, and also connected us with a cook who came to the house a few days. I highly recommend this area and staying at Salty Surf when you're in Nica, we will be back soon! Gracias Emeline and Carolina!

Our stay at The Beach House was absolutely perfect. We cooked every dinner at home and The kitchen had more items than my own kitchen!!! Often, Airnb's have few dish towels and bathroom towels.. not the case here! Yay! The air conditioning worked great! Hot water too! The pool was sparkly clean. Sophie was quick to respond, and very friendly and accommodating from the time I booked to check out. She even let us know about local ceviche and coconuts!! I think the biggest compliment to an Airnb is if I would stay there again and I would say yes definitely!

The house is spectacular with beautiful views and very comfortable beds for a good rest; quite full kitchen and pleasant gardens for my dogs. It was a pleasure visiting Casa Margarita

We were very happy with our stay. It's very comfortable and Carolina was an amazing host. Just a short walk to the beach.

The house offers spectacular ocean views, where you can watch the whales migrating on the horizon, or enjoy a movie sunset. It is close to the round bay beach (a 15-minute walk through the forest), one of the most quiet and ideal for bathing. Also, during the days we were there, we were able to see turtles coming to spawn and other nests. The house is very cool and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space is very nice. A house to repeat!!

Amazing place, amazing views. We recommend good traction vehicles the access might be difficult (more during raining season). However, really worthy.

The place was beautiful and so peaceful! Loved the pool view! We were out of power for about 24 hrs, but that was Nicaragua and storm related, it did hinder abit not to have any cel or wifi service during that time, but i felt the host went above and beyond to compensate.. giving us a free night!..the dog and caretakers were a very nice addition, felt safe with them!! Also Jennifer was very helpful and enjoyed our walk to a beautiful rocky beach with her...would love to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Eduardo was very informative abs helpful and even worked with us on adjusting the dates due to uncertain weather conditions. Would love to return to this home when we are back in San Juan. Excellent experience!

Casa Yosi was absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t even do it justice, it is that much more spectacular. The house was cozy, clean, comfortable and with AC, they had a super well equipped kitchen too, with everything you need to cook, just buy your spices, oils and food and you’re set! The outdoor space was more than we expected, the pool was cleaned daily and probably the best pool we have had at an airbnb in Nicaragua! The outdoor seating area was so large that our small group of 4 could barely utilize it all but we did and it was relaxing! The hammocks and couches with all of the tables and rocking chairs truly made watching our breathless view a beautiful one! We were literally right on the beach and could hear the lovely waves all day. Maria and Manuel were the best care takers we have ever had and we live here! They can cook and clean for you if you ask as well. We will be back here again! Felipe was amazing host and was really responsive, thanks to you all!

The house is great for large groups. There were 8 adults in our group with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the front patio and pool. The house was a short walking distance from the beach. Omar was always quick to respond to my questions. Jose, the caretaker went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this house.

We had a great stay. The house has an amazing view and it's just a short walk to Redonda Bay. We would definitely recommend.

Maria was a really great host, was very friendly and helpful with all our requirements, easy to get ahold of and very accessible at all times to communicate with. Have to mention her beautiful local store. Such a lovely place, if we ever come back to Popoyo we stay in touch with Maria. :))

We spent a few days with Martin and were able to relax super well on the beach. The beach is right outside the front door, the restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. You can also walk to various surf spots. Martin is a very friendly and loving host. Always helped when you needed anything or asked for advice. We highly recommend this place.

Alexandra’s place is so worth it! Its very clean, has AC and hot water. So private, You will not be disappointed. Looks just like the pictures and better. kitchen has everything you need to cook and have morning coffee. The views are stunning! We watched beautiful sunsets and a lightening storm from the deck on our last night. Fell asleep to sounds of the jungle and woke up to the roar of the monkeys’s chatter. Alexandra was quick to respond to all our needs. The walk to the beach was less than 10 min, and so refreshing . 3 Hermanos restaurant just on the beach was fun and the people so nice! Transport to San Juan del sur is really easy from playa maderas. There is a shuttle that runs from 8am- til just after sunset. Round trip is $4/pp and $2 one way. Great option if you just want to day shop, get groceries or eat at some fun local restaurants. Thank you so much Alexandra for sharing your home with adventurous travelers. You will burn some calories climbing home but worth it! ?

Nice place to stay right on the beach.

I have stayed in many airbnbs and this was the first one where I felt like the host was 100% responsive and helpful. I felt at home and safe. The beach is Beautiful and so is the casita. So many nice touches. One thing to say, walking at night it is very dark and a lot of stray dogs. Also bring your own wash rag! Not a big deal but good to know. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in popoyo Thank you both for everything. The birthday touches were very thoughtful. I will miss this place !

Beautiful home and the beach is beautiful. There are many useful items and Margarita is flexible and professional. We will come again! Looking forward to it

Casa Malinche is in a beautiful location, I especially loved being able to watch the sunset over the ocean from the top patio.
