Vacation rentals in El Pochote

This little casita is a home away from home. I cannot recommend it enough! There is a wonderful little pool, a full kitchen with all amenities, two bedrooms that are separated from each other with excellent privacy, a large living area and dining table, and a beautiful garden! There are TWO grills! Theres a hammock in the garden. This home made paradise feel even more wonderful. Importantly, I felt extremely safe while I was there because they have a caretaker who cleans the garden daily and protects the property. This caretaker lives in a separate house with his young children, so he protects this space like it is his own! I highly recommend this house while in Nicaragua! We rented a car and it is very central to all of the cities you may want to travel to! Thanks again Mercedes and Miguel, I hope to return again one day!

An absolute dream! Amazing views, incredible wildlife and nature. You can enjoy monkeys crossing the balcony, amazing birds and butterflies. But above all the house dog Linda is the biggest sweetheart!! Highly recommend staying with Jannette!

Wonderful home right in the center of Granada!!

We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you walk in, it is just breathtaking! Tastefully decorated, clean and functional. We’ve never stayed in a property quite like this and it is definitely at the top of our list for favourite stays. The pool was our own private oasis and a fantastic spot to cool down and relax after walking the hot Granada streets. Perfect for two couples or a family (we are a family of 4). With little ones we preferred to each share a room with one of the children as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and separated by the pool. But that was just our personal preference and comfort level with little ones. The hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. We would highly recommend a stay in this property to anyone.

Everything was perfect, Sandor answers the messages, there is a caretaker at the property Carlos, the same very attentive, respectful and collaborating, the place is a great place to stay, the property is very nice, the pool area surges well, everything is very spacious, the rancho and green areas, there is a kitchen washer refrigerator, TV with cable, kitchen utensils.

Marton’s airbnb was perfect. I wish I could give more stars than 5. The place was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location in Granada. His property manager Julio made our stay 10x better. He was very informative and helped us with everything. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and fulfilled. He didn’t let us down once. If you want your vacation to be memorable this is the place you want to go to. Julio will make your overall stay easy and will be able to answer all your questions promptly. Don’t miss out on this one. Worth every penny

Clean. Simple. Instructions to location could be more specific. Sign a bit hard to see. But recommend staying here if you want something simple clean with a beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay at George's place. If you know the city it's near Le Elglisa Guadalupe which is very walkable to La Calzada but far away to not be noisy. It's very easy to find and we were able to easily navigate our friends to the place. For the price it's a great option and George was a super responsive and easy host. We would definitely stay there again. There are places a bit closer to center, bigger and higher end finishings but likely not for the price. It fills a great niche.
