Cozy place with convenient infrastructure. The only issue is Uber and taxi , that are not easy to call from that place

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

We were extremely comfortable in Agnes’ lovely villa. Great location for the Orba/Jalon valleys, sandy beaches, Ondara shopping, and Dénia town. The views are amazing! Agnes was a very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended :-)

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

it's a very nice place with a breathtaking sea view. The only downside is the internet, which is really weak. Since I came there to work online (facing the sea to change) it was very complicated. I was just capturing in one room. So I didn't take advantage of it that much. I would gladly return without having to work.

We booked this place to surprise a loved one to spend their birthday there. The surprise was perfect. The accommodation is paradise thanks to its ideal location facing the sea. We'll be there

Svetlana is a super hostess! The apartment is very lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable. When I'm back in the area, I know which apartment I'll book again.

The facility is in a very well maintained condition. The pool can be used all year round, very large and a great alternative to the sandy beach, which is about a 12-minute walk away. For excursions and shopping you need a car. Depending on the position of the sun, you can use one of the three terraces and a nice large barbecue is also available.

Astonishing views from the balcony. Perfect place to enjoy Cullera’s beach.
